The modern and contemporary Villa Pegasus is located in the small, picturesque town of Medulin in southern Istria, known as one of the most famous tourist destinations on the Adriatic. The villa covers 220 m2 and has a maximum accommodation capacity of 9 people, while the optimal number of guests is 8.
On the ground floor of the villa there is a spacious living room with a kitchen and dining room with 9 seats where you can enjoy the preparation and serving of meals. On the ground floor there is also one bedroom with a double bed with a private bathroom, as well as a guest toilet. The villa also has all the basic hygiene items, and a washing machine and a clothing iron are at your disposal. The villa also has a safety deposit box, so that all your values are safe while enjoying your vacation.
On the upper floor of the villa there are three bedrooms, two with double beds and one with a double and a single bed. On the beautiful terrace in front of the villa there is a swimming pool of 27m2 and 1.5m deep next to which there are 6 deck chairs, charcoal / wood grill and outdoor dining table, where you can enjoy peaceful evenings with your loved ones. The villa is fully fenced which also offers you complete privacy during your stay in it. There are 2 parking spaces inside the yard and 4 outside the yard.
