If you're looking for the perfect holiday with a group of friends or family, you've found the right place. Set in a village near Zadar, villa Premasole offers you total relaxation in a luxurious manner. Surrounded by huge garden and lawn, olive trees and herbal garden, this is a beautiful place of peace and tranquility. The moment you walk in, you can feel that this is going to be your home away from home.

More than hundred years old this villa has been recently restored and it defines a modern rustic home. Villa Premasole is a two-floor villa with seven air-conditioned bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and TV. The villa can comfortably accommodate 14 guests; in five bedrooms you will find a big king size bed while two remaining bedrooms feature 2 single beds each. In front of the villa is a 35m2 swimming pool offering you stunning view of the beautiful mountain Velebit. Free WiFi is available in all parts of this 5000 square meters large property as well as free private car parking enclosed by a stone wall that guarantees complete privacy. For additional entertainment, you can read books, play board or enjoy a game of badminton. The patio in front of the house is perfect to spend your evenings with family and friend whilst enjoying a glass of wine from the private vine cellar of the villa. 

For an additional charge there is an airport shuttle and bike rental service at your disposal.

Located near national parks, mountains, lovely beaches and sea, villa Premasole is an ideal starting point to organize day trips from. At the end of a long day spent exploring the surrounding area, charming towns and stunning beaches, you can come back to the house for dinner and a glass of wine on the spacious porch or by the pool, admiring the view at sunset.

You can fully enjoy the house, the pool and the surrounding without any neighbours or people from the street watching you. Once you miss the crowd the city of Zadar is just 15-20 minutes away. The airport is also very close (10 minutes) so it has the perfect location. The house is perfect for families, larger companies, friends, business travels and even for couples! The owners are very very kind and friendly! I was in contact with them all the time, and they were helpful and accomodating during the whole stay. If you want to stay in a peaceful environment but still close to Zadar and the sea, than you have found the right place!! My warmest recommendations.”
