Beautiful villa Premium Two is located on the island of Hvar, in the Old Town. The island of Hvar is a real Adriatic gem and one of the warmest European summer destinations. It has many features that will take your breath away: from preserved nature and culture to wine and food and, of course, the crystal clear the Adriatic Sea. Every year it is visited by a large number of domestic and foreign tourists who are looking for a luxurious and peaceful vacation. It was built in 2020 with a modern style of construction and will delight you with its beautiful interior and luxurious exterior. Guests have at their disposal 300 m2 of living space, and the total area of the property is 650 m2. The villa is only 5 meters away from the clear Adriatic Sea, and from its premises, you can enjoy the view of the blue. The villa can accommodate a maximum of 8 people who will be comfortably accommodated in 4 bedrooms, located on the ground floor, and each of the rooms has an en suite bathroom.

On the outdoor terrace, you will be greeted by a heated pool of 31 m2 and a depth of 1.35 meters. Next to it, on the sun deck, there are 8 sun loungers and an outdoor charcoal grill. Children can use swimming gloves or toys, which will definitely cheer them up.

On the upper floor, there is a fully equipped and modern kitchen and dining room with a dining table for 8 people. There is also a study and an additional toilet.

If children come with you on holiday, you can use a feeder and a cot.

Children will have fun playing volleyball on the designated playground in the hotel, and there is a PlayStation 4, a playroom, books, and a garden.

Premium Villa Two offers 1 private parking space and 1 garage and has a charger for electric cars that is a part of the hotel’s main garage.

Stari Grad is a historic town located in the northwestern part of the island of Hvar, also called the ancient Faros, and because of its idyllic central island position is the perfect place to go for long walks and explore the most attractive island in the Adriatic. The city has many beautiful beaches where you can enjoy sunbathing, swimming, or simply relaxing in the shade of century-old pine trees.

* Washing clothes up to 3 kg during the stay is included in the price, everything above that is paid extra.

* Pets are allowed, however, you pay 100 € per dog, and this includes a custom-made bed with an anatomical pillow and bowls made of terracotta.

* If you are a fan of active holidays, you can rent bicycles or use the fitness/gym at an additional cost.
