Villa Rajki 1 is a wonderful blend of tradition and modernity. This is a rustic beauty whose decoration will completely delight you! The villa is located in Istria, in Muntrilj. Istria is always a good idea for a vacation because it is a perfect combination of natural beauty, picturesque cities that preserve an interesting history, there are fantastic gastronomic delicacies and friendly people.

Villa Rajki 1 is a real oasis for enjoying peace and quiet, an ideal place to escape from hectic everyday life, and is ideal for a family or a group of friends. It offers accommodation for a maximum of 8 people, has 270 m2 of living space, and the total area of the property is an incredible 2250 m2!

On the ground floor of the villa, there is a beautifully decorated living room which is a wonderful place for an afternoon rest with the family, or evening enjoyment with a romantic fireplace. The living room also consists of a TV, coffee table, two sofas, and two armchairs. Next to it is a dining room with a dining table for 10 people. The modernly decorated and fully equipped kitchen will allow you to prepare delicious meals that you will be happy to prepare for yourself and your loved ones.

There are also four bedrooms that include en suite bathrooms with showers or bathtubs. The villa is fully air-conditioned, has a separate room for relaxing or reading your favorite reading, which is located on the ground floor and contains a desk, table, and bench.

On the outdoor terrace, there is a pool of 74 m2, next to which there are sun loungers, outdoor furniture, and an outdoor covered dining table for 8 people. You can also prepare delicious traditional food such as fish or meat on the outdoor grill on charcoal or wood.

Villa Rajki 1 has a large yard that is perfect for children to play and enjoy the fresh air. Also, the yard is fully fenced and contains private parking. The villa also has two small beautifully landscaped gardens with flowers and several olive trees. Olive is a symbol of strength, an evergreen tree that in suitable conditions can reach as much as 15 meters in height, and is used as an oil that is a basic feature of the Mediterranean diet.

In addition to Villa Rajki 1, there are two more villas, Villa Rajki 2 and Villa Rajki 3, which are also available for rent, and all three villas are separated by a fence and separate courtyards.
