Villa Rajki 3 is located in the small Istrian town of Muntrilj, surrounded by untouched nature, peace, and quiet, which every guest who wants a perfect vacation long for. This villa has 248 m2 of living space, while the total area of the property is 1750 m2. Surrounded by olive trees and a spacious green yard is ideal for families with children, and security and privacy are provided by the fact that the villa is completely fenced. The maximum number of guests is 8, and the optimal is 6.
In the beautifully decorated living room, you will relax on two sofas, and there is also a coffee table, TV, and fireplace. Next to the living room is a dining room with a dining table that has 8 seats. The kitchen contains everything more than enough to prepare the most delicious dishes that you will prepare for family or dear friends. On the ground floor, there is one bedroom with an en suite bathroom, while the remaining two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms are on the upper floor. The villa has a balcony with a seating set which is ideal for drinking coffee with breakfast.
On the outdoor terrace, there is a pool of 60 m2 and a covered outdoor dining table with 8 seats. Next to the table is an outdoor grill on wood or charcoal where you can prepare meat or fish specialties. On the other side of the terrace, there is another sitting set with a table, right next to the pool where you can refresh yourself during the day or night.
