Your stay in Villa Royal House 1

Villa Royal House 1 is located on the fairy-tale island of Pašman in the Zadar archipelago. It is separated from Zadar and Biograd by a long Pašman channel in which are numerous small islands. The Pašman Channel is the cleanest canal in the Adriatic and is a favourite nautical destination. Thanks to its Mediterranean vegetation, the island of Pašman is the greenest Croatian island with a rich fauna and flora. Near the villa Royal House 1 there is a beautiful sandy beach Lučan which is located in a quiet and fairy-tale bay. Villa Royal House 1 has three luxurious and modernly decorated bedrooms with a modern bathroom with ensuite showers. The ground floor has a kitchen with dining room, living room and separate toilet. The kitchen is equipped with all the basic household appliances with which you can store meals and serve them in the indoor dining room. There is a spacious outdoor terrace with an outdoor dining area and a seating area. Here you can also prepare meals on the outdoor charcoal grill. Next to the terrace is a swimming pool (19 m2) where you will feel like you are on your own private beach. Around the pool are sun loungers where you can sunbathe or enjoy the shade under umbrellas. By staying in the Royal House 1 villa you will surely enjoy the embrace of green pine trees and the blue Adriatic. In addition to Pašman, you can visit many other islands in the Pašman Channel. In the middle of the Pašman Channel, next to the three islands that the islanders call Bisage, the mystical Galešnjak, one of only three islands in the world in the shape of a heart, stands completely unreal. Thanks to the unrestrained nature, hidden beaches and views of the islands, you will experience a real Mediterranean paradise! Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 30 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.
