Beautiful villa Rustica is built in the picturesque town of Višnjan in the western part of Istria. The villa itself has 200m2 and can optimally accommodate 10 guests who have at their disposal the whole house with a garden of 1000 m2.
Upstairs there are 3 charmingly decorated rooms with double beds and two modern bathrooms and a toilet. On the ground floor there is another bathroom and toilet as well as two bedrooms, each with a double bed, from which you can exit into the garden. All bedrooms and living room are air-conditioned. The rest of the ground floor is designed on an open plan principle - the lavishly decorated living room with a fireplace connects with a nice dining room and a fully equipped kitchen from where you can step out onto the covered porch and the beautiful garden with pool. On the porch you can enjoy delicious Istrian specialties cooked on the charcoal grill, and a 30 m2 swimming pool will give you a real refreshment on hot days. You can also sunbathe on one of the 10 sun loungers by the pool or play table tennis. The villa is fully fenced to a height of 3 meters with a fence, hedge and trees. You have 5 parking spaces, 3 of which are covered.
Villa Rustica is only 8 km from the sea and 10 km from the first beach. Višnjan is one of the beautiful Istrian towns with a special charm and is known for its observatory that you can visit. Tourist centers - Poreč and Novigrad are about 20 km away, and there are numerous top wineries and restaurants for the most discerning gourmets who can enjoy specialties with truffles and other Istrian delicacies.
