The luxury villa Sainte is located in Dalmatia, in the small town of Marina, only 14 km from the historic town of Trogir. This modern villa is ready to open its doors to all guests who are looking for a peaceful and beautiful vacation with family and friends.

Villa Sainte was built in 2021 in a contemporary construction style, it offers its guests 270 m2 of living space, and the total area of the property is 700 m2. It is fully air-conditioned and provides accommodation for a maximum of 9 people, which will be distributed in 4 bedrooms with double beds (180x200) and 1 single bed (90x200). Each room has its own en suite bathroom with shower. Three bedrooms are located on the upper floor, and one room is located on the ground floor.

The spacious and beautifully decorated living room includes two sofas, a coffee table, an armchair and a romantic fireplace. Right next to the living room is the dining room with a dining table for 8 people, and next to it there is a modern kitchen with a work table, where you can easily prepare the most delicious meals for the whole family and friends.

On the outdoor terrace, you can comfortably refresh yourself in the heated pool of 32 m2 and 1.6 meters deep. Next to the pool there are 6 deckchairs for sunbathing, and additional functions of the pool are massage jets and a jacuzzi inside the pool, which is suitable for children. On the terrace there is also an outdoor charcoal or wood grill, where you can test your culinary skills and prepare traditional Dalmatian dishes.

Additional features of Villa Sainte include a washing machine, dryer and iron, and there are also 2 separate toilets. If you are traveling with children, you can use a feeder and a baby cot.

The fun content at your disposal are 2 bicycles, a trampoline, a slide and a PlayStation 5.

For lovers of an active vacation, there is also a fitness/gym, where you will have the opportunity to stay active during your entire stay in the villa.

Complete relaxation of soul and body will be provided by the sauna, next to which there is a shower. With prior agreement and upon request, it is possible to arrange a massage and concierge service.

The yard of Villa Sainte is completely fenced and offers 3 private parking spaces.

This villa offers complete peace and is ideal for families with children, on the other hand, it is located near the beach, restaurants and cafes.

In the town of Marina, the beaches are sandy and pebbly, so they are suitable for family vacations, and pine and olive groves provide pleasant shade during the hottest part of the day.
