Villa Santa Lucia is located on the island of Babac, which lies between the town of Biograd na Moru and the island of Pa?man. The island of Babac is the only inhabited island in the archipelago of 16 islands off the island of Pa?man. The villa can accommodate a maximum of 8 people. On the first floor, you can make yourself comfortable in the living room, which has a sofa, armchair and TV, and the children will love the PlayStation games console. There is also a fully equipped kitchen and a dining room with a dining table for 8 people. You will feel at home in 4 bedrooms, 2 of which are furnished with a double bed and the remaining two with two single beds each. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower. Upstairs you will find a 220 m² walk-out roof terrace with an outdoor Weber gas barbecue, a dining table with seating for 8 as well as sun loungers and exercise equipment. On the outdoor terrace there is a heated pool of 45 m2, 1.4 m deep, with massage as an additional feature. You can also sunbathe on the 8 sun loungers provided.
