The luxurious Villa Scorpaena is built in a contemporary style with elements of rustic decor, and the inspiring charm of its interior leaves no one indifferent.
The villa is located in a quiet part of the city of Zadar in northern Dalmatia, just a few steps from the sea shore. The villa has a total area of 390 m2, and on three floors there are 5 apartments, suitable for a maximum of 14 people. There is also 4 extra beds suitable for children.
On the ground floor of the villa there is a common dining room, lounge, summer kitchen, sauna with shower, two toilets and storage. On the first floor of the villa there are 2 apartments, one with one bedroom and ensuite bathroom, and the other with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Each apartment has a living room, kitchen and terrace.
On the second floor there are two more apartments, each with one bedroom, ensuite bathroom, living room and kitchen. In the attic of the villa there is an apartment with 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed and an ensuite bathroom, and the other two with one single bed and one bathroom. All rooms have a terrace overlooking the sea where you can enjoy relaxed moments with your loved ones.
In the fully fenced yard of the villa there is a beautiful pool of 45 m2 and a depth of 1.5 m and an outdoor shower. Around the pool there are 8 deck chairs where you can relax in the summer sun. In the courtyard of the villa there is an outdoor grill and a summer kitchen. On the ground floor of the villa there is a beautiful sauna with shower, lounge and storage. In the basement you will find a tavern with a large table for 10 people.
Outside the courtyard of the villa there are 5 parking spaces. If you are a fan of sailing and if you come with your own boat, there is also a solid berth for a boat up to 6 m wide.
