Your stay in Villa Sense

The luxury villa Sense is located in the small town of Posedarje, only 25 km from the tourist town of Zadar. Posedarje stands out as one of the most popular tourist destinations in Croatia. From tantalizing culinary delights to magical scenery, this destination is a safe haven for the whole family to enjoy. Delight yourself and your family with a perfect holiday that you will always remember fondly! Villa Sense was built in a contemporary construction style, is fully air-conditioned, and with its 200 m2 of living space, it will provide accommodation for a maximum of 8 people. On the top floor, guests will be accommodated in 4 bedrooms with double beds (180x200), and each of them has its own ensuite bathroom with shower. All the bedrooms have a sea view and the town of Posedarje. On the first floor there is also a balcony with a sofa where you can enjoy reading a book and drinking your morning coffee. The spacious living room contains a corner sofa, a coffee table and a TV, where you can enjoy your favourite series and movies with your family and friends, while the children can also play PlayStation. Right next to the living room, you will be able to cook meals of your choice in a modern and fully equipped kitchen with a bar. In the dining room there is a dining table with 8 seats, and next to it there is a direct exit to the beautiful outdoor terrace. On the terrace, during hot summer days, you will be able to refresh yourself in the 32 m2 swimming pool with a depth of 1.5 metres. On the sunbathing area, right next to the pool, there are lounge chairs for resting and a covered garden furniture with seats and a table. On the other side of the terrace there is an outdoor charcoal or wood grill, next to which there is a dining table. You will surely spend summer evenings there in pleasant and cheerful company with a glass of wine and delicious Dalmatian food. During your stay, you can use the washing machine, dryer and iron. A feeder and a cot are provided for children. Facing the sea, villa Sense has a fenced yard, and outside it there are 6 parking spaces. The nearest Tunjarica beach is only 200 metres from the villa, it is perfect for exploring the depths of the sea, all-day fun and swimming. Attractions and local activities within easy reach include water sports, fishing and cycling. Do not miss visiting the city of Zadar, which you can reach in just 25 minutes by car, and where you will find excellent gastronomic offers, delicious Dalmatian specialties and various types of the best wines that will delight even the most demanding palates! Zadar is visited by a large number of domestic and foreign tourists every summer, and the city is a great location for all ages because it is full of interesting content where everyone will find something for themselves! Have fun on the Zrmanja river, which offers fun rafting, canoeing, and you can also try kayaking. Visit national parks such as Paklenica, Plitvice, Krka or Kornati, explore the largest cave complex in Croatia - Cerovačke špilje or the Velebit Nature Park. Young people can have fun on the island of Pag, where the famous Zrće beach is located, which is a phenomenon of Croatian tourism, Croatian Ibiza, where the party lasts 24 hours. The entire villa with kitchen and bathroom was very clean and pleasant to move into. Overall it was a really nice time there without any problems. I would come back at any time to enjoy the house, the view and the pool again. So I can only recommend friends and family to spend a nice, relaxing time there. Thank‘s for having us....

The villa has all the required house appliances, with a good quality. The open living room and kitchen is comfortable and bright. All windows have useful mosquito nets. Outside furnitures are complete and comfortable.......

The Villa is really nice and kept tidy and clean, with a good exposure to south, facing the see. Beautiful sights. Even though the near road it's quite busy, the windows are filtering any noise and inside it's quiet. All the bedrooms have a private bathroom, small but comfortable. The villa has all the required house appliances, with a good quality. The open living room and kitchen is comfortable and bright. All windows have useful mosquito nets. Outside furnitures are complete and comfortable. The external barbecue and sink are useful. The pool is small but sufficient to get a fresh splash when needed. Sunbeds are also comfortable. In the private parking lot can take place up to 4 cars. Maybe there's a lack of a shelter or a shield for the sun on the parking. The hosts are gentle, nice ad available people. The possible minus: its position is right entering the village, so the various services are not all near the house, but in the village you'll find what you need. All in all it's been a relaxing week in an enjoyable villa.
