Villa Silence

Located in the picturesque place of Selce on the south coast of the island of Brač, Villa Silence stands out with its luxuriously decorated interior and modern architecture, and an exceptional position near the sea.

The 420 m2 villa offers accommodation for a maximum of nine people and has five rooms with seven single beds and one double and ensuite bathrooms. Fully furnished and air conditioned, the rooms are located on the second and third floor of the villa, most of which also have a view of the beautiful, crystal clear sea. Ensuite bathrooms are equipped with all necessary facilities such as hair dryers, towels, toilet paper, soap, and the like.

The ground floor of the villa has a spacious living room, kitchen, dining room, one toilet, laundry room where you can use a washing machine and dryer and ironing board. The villa also has a winery on the ground floor, where you can taste some of the top-quality local wines.

The large kitchen and dining room of the villa are fully equipped with all the necessary materials for undisturbed enjoyment in your vacation. In addition to the stove, oven, cutlery and freezer, the kitchen also has a coffee maker, toaster, ice maker, juicer, steam oven and many other amenities.

The air-conditioned and bright living room equipped with radio, television, books and additional facilities leads to a spacious terrace with beautiful sea views. On the terrace you will enjoy a large pool with a depth of 1.45 m, which also has additional benefits such as the option of counter current swimming and various reels for children and the like.

On the beautiful and isolated terrace there are eight deck chairs that surround the pool and an outdoor barbecue for relaxing in the pleasant company of loved ones. The villa is surrounded by hedges and a concrete wall, and also has two parking spaces outside the yard. If you plan to rent a boat or yacht, there is a private berth for a boat up to 22 m away 100 m from the villa.

Various benefits for an active holiday are available in the immediate vicinity of the villa. From cycling, rafting, kayaking, to numerous water sports such as diving, swimming, sailing, fishing, or SUP. For cycling enthusiasts, the famous Via Brachia cycle path is also available. If you prefer a quieter holiday, you will be delighted by the numerous wine tours or olive oil tours on the island known for its historical cultivation of vines and olives.

One of the special features of this island is the Blaca desert, one of the few hermitages located just near the bay of the same name on the south coast of Brač. It is mentioned as early as the 14th century and originated under the Ljubovitz cave as a community of Poljica Glagolitics. This small but specific settlement is of historical and cultural importance for the island of Brač and is undoubtedly one of the attractions that you should visit on this island.
