Beautiful villa Skyness is located in the interior of the island of Brač, in a small village Selca. The villa was built in a rustic style, renovated in 2017, has 150 m2, while the total area of the property is 600 m2. It is only 10 meters away from the nearest beach, which is a great opportunity for all those who want to swim in the clean and clear Adriatic Sea. The villa can accommodate a maximum of 8, while the optimal number is 6 people, and it is fully air conditioned. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms with double beds, and on the upper floor you will be able to relax in another bedroom with a double bed. The villa has a total of 3 bathrooms with shower, and additional facilities include a washing machine, feeder and baby cot.

On the upper floor, there is a living room consisting of a sofa (which serves as a bed for 2 people), two seats, TV and coffee table, and next to it is a dining room with a dining table with 6 seats. There is also a modern kitchen where you will be happy to prepare delicious meals for the whole family or a group of best friends.

The outdoor terrace will completely delight you thanks to the infinity heated pool of 25 m2 and a depth of 1.5 m, which is equipped with counter-current swimming, and next to the pool you will sunbathe on 6 deck chairs. The terrace is large enough for night socializing and preparing meals on the outdoor grill on charcoal or wood. There is also an outdoor dining table for 6 people, and on the balcony, there is a sitting set ideal for drinking morning coffee or reading a favorite book, and another outdoor dining table covered with a parasol.

By prior arrangement, it is possible to enjoy a massage, and entertainment is represented by books, satellite and digital television, an open yard, bicycles, and SUP.

The villa is completely surrounded by a stone wall 1.6 meters high, offers 1 private parking space, and has a garage. If you can reach the villa by your own boat, there is also a private berth for a boat up to 6 meters.

Attractions and local activities at your fingertips are wine tours that will delight lovers of delicious drops of fine wines, water sports that children will enjoy, and bike rental with which you will be able to explore this small place.

In the immediate vicinity of Selca there are tourist zones Ružmarin and Punitnak where many tourists always find the perfect place to rest. Enjoy the crystal clear sea of ​​the nearby beaches in the bays of Spilice, Žirje or Radonja. The island of Brač is the largest central Dalmatian island and the third largest island in the Adriatic Sea.
