Villa Spalato Estate was built in 2018 in a rustic construction style, is fully air-conditioned, and offers its guests 230 m2 of living space, while the total area of the property is an incredible 3000 m2, which is an excellent opportunity for children to play and have fun, and many places to relax. It is only 400 meters away from the nearest sea and beach, so in addition to the heated pool, you can refresh yourself in the Adriatic Sea and have fun with family and friends. A maximum of 8 people can stay in the villa, which will be distributed in 4 bedrooms with double beds, three of which are located on the upper floor, and one bedroom is located on the ground floor. All bedrooms have a TV. Also, the villa has 3 bathrooms, one with a bathtub, and two with showers.

On the ground floor of the Villa Spalato Estate, there is an outdoor terrace where there is a heated pool of 40 m2 and a depth of 1.5 meters. Next to it, there are deckchairs and a sofa where you can sunbathe and drink your morning coffee. In front of and around you is a large green area that offers you complete privacy, and on which there are more deckchairs and seats for hanging out or reading your favorite book. On the terrace, there is also an outdoor grill on wood or coal and an outdoor dining table.

On the upper floor, there is a living room with a sofa, an armchair, and a TV, as well as a dining room with a dining table and a fully equipped kitchen where you can cook delicious meals for the whole family.

Villa Spalato Estate has a view of the Adriatic Sea and a large garden, and you will surely enjoy peaceful mornings in the company of your loved ones.

Additional amenities that are close at hand whenever needed are a washing machine, dryer, and iron. Likewise, if the youngest is coming along with you, a feeder and a cot are available.

Children can have fun on the lawn, where there is a small children's playground, and they can also play table tennis. Adults will rest their souls and bodies in the sauna, which is ideal for peace and enjoyment.
