The luxury villa Sun Dance is located in Istria, in the small town of Križine, only 5 km from the city of Umag. This is a well-known tourist destination for both local and foreign guests looking for good fun and unlimited swimming in the blue Adriatic Sea. If you want to escape from a stressful lifestyle, and give yourself and your family the best of the best, then this villa is the choice just for you!
Built in 2023, this fully air-conditioned contemporary beauty will provide everything you need for the perfect vacation! You have 260 m2 of living space at your disposal, and the total area of the property is 750 m2. A maximum of 8 people can stay in the villa. Guests will be accommodated in 4 bedrooms, three of which are located on the upper floor, and the fourth is located on the ground floor. Three rooms have double beds, and one has 2 single beds. Also, each bedroom has its own en suite bathroom with shower. On the upper floor, two bedrooms have a terrace.
On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with a corner sofa, perfect for watching your favorite movies or series. Next to it there is a dining room with a dining table with 8 seats. There is, of course, a modern and fully equipped kitchen with a wine fridge and a bar with 4 bar stools. The villa also has a Dolby surround system, Bluetooth, Smart home and Netflix.
The outdoor terrace will provide an opportunity to refresh in the heated pool of 45 m2 and 1.4 meters deep. The pool is filled with salt water and next to it there are 8 deckchairs for sunbathing. Prepare delicious meals for family and friends on the outdoor gas grill, and try them on the outdoor covered dining table.
You will rest your soul and body in the sauna, and you will spend romantic evenings watching the sunset from the jacuzzi, which is located on the upper terrace. There is also an outdoor seating area, perfect for drinking your morning coffee or reading your favorite book.
During your stay, you can use the washing machine, dryer and iron, as well as 2 separate toilets.
Villa Sun Dance has a fenced yard, so children will be able to play and have fun carefree, and it has a beautifully landscaped yard. You are offered 4 private parking spaces inside the yard, while there are two more outside.
