Villa Sunrise 1 is located in Vinišće, only 8 km from the tourist resort of Marina. Vinišće is a small fishing village 12 km from Trogir, located in a beautiful bay with a clean and clear sea. If you want to relax and enjoy the charms of Dalmatia, then villa Sunrise 1 is the choice for you!
It was built in 2019 in a contemporary style, offers guests 190 m2 of living space, and the total area of the property is 400 m2. It is fully air-conditioned and can accommodate a maximum of 6 people. Next to Villa Sunrise 1, there is also Villa Sunrise 2, which can be rented separately, and for a larger group of guests, it is possible to rent both villas together, which make up the Villa Sunrise 1 & Sunrise 2 complex.
On the ground floor of Villa Sunrise 1 there is a living room with a three-seater, a two-seater, an armchair, a coffee table and a TV. Right next to the living room is the dining room with a dining table that seats 6, and a kitchen where you can easily prepare delicious meals.
On the upper floor, there are 3 bedrooms, two of which have a double bed, while the third room has 2 single beds. The villa also has two en suite bathrooms with a shower cabin. There is also a terrace on the first floor where you can enjoy while drinking your morning coffee.
On the outdoor terrace, there is a heated pool of 20 m2 and a depth of 1.5 m. There is also an outdoor electric grill on the terrace where you can prepare delicious traditional Dalmatian dishes. There is, of course, a covered outdoor table for eating as well as a parasol and a seat for resting.
Additional features of the villa include a separate toilet, washing machine, and iron, and if children are coming with you, you can use a cot and a feeder.
There are 4 private parking spaces inside the courtyard of Villa Sunrise 1. 2 parking spaces belong to villa Sunrise 1, while 2 parking spaces belong to villa Sunrise 2.
The town of Vinišće is known for its small coves with beautiful pebble and sandy beaches, the most famous of which are Voluja, Ričevo, Vrelo, Stari Trogir and Sićenica. During the summer, festivals are organized in Vinišće where you can enjoy local specialties, local wine, and pleasant music in the evening. Fans of sports and active vacations can enjoy football, volleyball, basketball, cycling, sailing, jet-skiing, and many other activities.
