The complex of villas Sunrise 1 & Sunrise 2 is located in Vinišće, only 8 km from the tourist resort of Marina. Vinišće is a small fishing village 12 km from Trogir, located in a beautiful bay with a clean and clear sea. If you want to relax and enjoy the charms of Dalmatia, and if you are arriving in large numbers, then the complex of villas Sunrise 1 & Sunrise 2 is the right choice for you!
The complex was built in 2019 in a contemporary style, offers guests 380 m2 of living space, and the total area of the property is 800 m2. The villas are fully air-conditioned, and a maximum of 12 people can stay in this complex. Villa Sunrise 1 and Sunrise 2 can be rented separately, and the maximum capacity is 6 people.
On the ground floor of both villas, there is a living room that includes a three-seater, two-seater, armchair, coffee table and TV. Right next to the living room is the dining room with a dining table that seats 6, and a kitchen where you can easily prepare delicious meals.
On the top floor of villas Sunrise 1 and Sunrise 2, there are 3 bedrooms each, two of which have a double bed, while the third room has 2 single beds. Each villa has two en suite bathrooms with a shower cabin, while upstairs there is also a terrace where you can enjoy drinking your morning coffee.
On the outdoor terrace, there are two heated swimming pools, each 20 m2 in size and 1.5 m deep. There is also an outdoor electric grill on the terrace where you can prepare delicious traditional Dalmatian dishes. There is, of course, a covered outdoor table for eating as well as a parasol and a seat for resting.
Additional features of the villa include two separate toilets, a washing machine, and an iron, and if you have children with you, you can use a cot and a feeder.
Inside the courtyard of the Sunrise 1 & Sunrise 2 villa complex, there are 4 private parking spaces located in the courtyard of the Sunrise 1 villa.
The town of Vinišće is known for its small coves with beautiful pebble and sandy beaches, the most famous of which are Voluja, Ričevo, Vrelo, Stari Trogir and Sićenica. During the summer, festivals are organized in Vinišće where you can enjoy local specialties, local wine, and pleasant music in the evening. Fans of sports and active vacations can enjoy football, volleyball, basketball, cycling, sailing, jet-skiing, and many other activities.
