A lovingly designed villa can accommodate optimally 6 (maximum 10 guests), which have the total of 3 bedrooms each with a spacious bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances for comfortable cooking and dining with a centrally located cooking area and a bar, and in the living room you can relax by the fireplace.
In a fully fenced and equipped garden next to sun loungers, garden furniture and an outdoor kitchen with a bar, which offers a wonderful view of the Adriatic coast; there is a private pool of 12x4 meters with its own heating for bathing pleasure at up to 28 C °, while in the winter months the pool temperature varies depending on outdoor conditions.
Up to 8 guests can relax in the panorama sauna at the same time and enjoy an exceptional view of the surroundings, the outside area of the villa and the Adriatic coast.
The location of the villa, next to the two important Istrian towns of Poreč and Novigrad, presents a typical Mediterranean lifestyle, offering you many famous and undiscovered and untouched beaches and gives you an opportunity to enjoy the well-known Istrian cuisine and gastronomy.
