The beautiful Terra villa is located in Oglavci, part of the municipality of Rogoznica. The location of the villa is a perfect choice for those who want to escape from everyday hustle and bustle and enjoy a week of absolute relaxation. Situated on a hilltop, villa Tera offers you a stunningly beautiful panoramic view of the surroundings, crystal clear Adriatic Sea and its islands. Surrounded by beautiful Mediterranean vegetation and on a fully enclosed 4600m2 plot that provides absolute intimacy it is a perfect choice for nature lovers who want to enjoy a week of peace and quiet.

Villa Terra in Oglavci is the perfect combination of traditional Dalmatian architecture and an elegant interior. With a living space of 250m2, the house consists of 4 spacious bedrooms, three of which are equipped with double beds and one with three single beds making it ideal for 9 +2 persons (2 people can sleep on the comfortable living room couch). Guests also have 4 large bathrooms and a separate toilet at their disposal.  A fully equipped, elegant kitchen with dining area, a light soaked and comfortable living room with a fireplace exude with spaciousness and quality interior and guarantee complete comfort. The exterior of the villa consists of a spacious terrace with a beautiful view of the surrounding area and a 33m2 heated overflow pool surrounded by 8 sun loungers.

The estate of the villa Terra in Oglavci, located only 3.5km away from the first beach, is spacious and offers guests various entertainment possibilities such as table football, table tennis and darts, fitness equipment, a children's playground that includes a slide and a swing. There is also an outdoor grill where guests can prepare freshmeals for their family and friends while enjoying the view and the beautiful Mediterranean nature. There is also a private car park for 4 cars.  Vila Terra is located only 4km away from the town of Rogoznica, known for its natural beauty, warm sea and beautiful beaches. The city is full of beautiful sacral buildings, and nature lovers will be in awe of  the cave Milina and the nearby lake connected with the sea. 30 km away form the villa Terra, you will find the National Park Krka and only 25 km away the water park Solaris, so make sure to indulge in the superb holiday and relaxation in Villa Terra and the natural beauties that surround it.

**Possibility of boat, buggy and bicycles rental as well as relaxing massage service by the pool and various excursions.

The infinity pool is fabulous, plenty of sunloungers & indoor and outdoor seating. We were 7 adults & two children (4 & 7), and enjoyed both the basketball/tennis court and the football pitch & play......

Danijela und Marco, die Verwalter, sind äußerst sympathisch und hilfsbereit. Am Ende des Urlaubs haben alle gesagt, dass es unser bester Familienurlaub "ever" war!

The infinity pool is fabulous, plenty of sunloungers & indoor and outdoor seating. Our only issue was that we couldn’t stay longer - everyone of us loved our time at Villa Terra and would like to thank Danijela & her husband for being the perfect hosts, we could not have asked for more!

Ein erholsamer Urlaub
Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in der Villa Terra. Die Villa liegt auf einem kleinen Hügel, abgeschieden, angenehm ruhig und man hat einen super Blick bis hin zum Meer. Die Bilder vom Haus haben nicht zu viel versprochen, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt, besonders der Pool und der Grillkamin haben es uns angetan! Schön war auch das es immer genug Beschäftigung für den Nachwuchs gab. Danijela und Marko waren sehr nette Gastgeber, wir kommen gerne wieder. Ana und Martin

Gute 10 Tage hatten wir das wahrliche Vergnügen, uns die Villa mit Freunden zu teilen. Schön ruuuhige Lage, atembraubender Ausblick und eine Ausstattung vom Feinsten. Von der Villa aus kann man viele Ziele sehr günstig erreichen (Trogir, Sibenik, Krka, Primosten...) und nicht zuletzt lässt es sich am hauseigenen Pool mit Cocktails prächtig aushalten! Alles in allem ein perfekter Ort um die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Dem allen setzt das Engagement von Daniljela und Marko das Sahnehäubchen auffe Mütze. Sie sind JEDERZEIT bemüht, es den Gästen so komfortabel wie möglich zu machen und es gelingt ihnen auch. Sei es mit Ratschlägen und nützlichen Tips oder mit der hausgemachten Pasticada s knokami (ein Träumschen). So stellt man sich Urlaub im Ferienhaus vor. Unser Fazit, bei dieser Villa kann man nichts falsch machen und mit den Gastgebern schonmal garnicht!

Entspannter geht's nicht...
Ein tolles Haus mit einem traumhaften Blick, wir (5 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) hatten 2 sehr entspannte Wochen im August. Die Lage ist ruhig und etwas abgeschieden, so wie wir es uns vorgestellt haben, absolute Privatsphäre. Das Haus ist perfekt, alles da, was man braucht. In den Tommy-Supermärkten in der Umgebung bekommt man alles, was man braucht, außerdem gibt es in Rogoznica frischen Fisch. Dort und in Primosten gibt es auch viele schöne Restaurants. Unbedingt mal ein Boot mieten und sich zu den schönen Buchten fahren lassen, das Meer ist herrlich. Der Nationalpark Krka ist auch toll, war aber sehr überlaufen. Trogir und Split sind auch Ausflüge wert. Ansonsten einfach am Pool und auf der Terrasse entspannen, den Grill anwerfen und den Abend mit einem guten Wein ausklingen lassen... Danijela und Marko waren super Gastgeber und haben sogar mit uns zusammen typisch Dalmatinisch gekocht, ein Traum. Vielen Dank für alles und wir können das Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Amazing views, exquisite furnishing and a great location - what more could you want for a summer vacation with friends and kids! Villa Terra was a great choice for all of us. We were 3 families with smaller kids and villa Terra gave us what we need, enough space with big rooms, excellent pool and I was truly breath taken by every details in house and the sea view over the pool during my coffee drinking every morning. The location on the hill was perfect, but not fare way from the city Rogoznica and Primosten. I would highly recommend Villa Terra to anyone. #schöneVilla #stilvolles Ambiente #Urlaub #Entspannung #allesperfekt Wir haben in der Villa Terra sehr gerne unseren Urlaub verbracht. 6 Erwachsene und ein kleiner Hund und noch jede Menge Platz! Die Villa ist sehr komfortabel und liebevoll eingerichtet. Alles ist auf dem neusten Stand der Technik. Klimaanlagen in jedem Raum machen heiße Tage sehr angenehm. In der geräumigen Küche kann man sehr gut kochen. Der Pool mit Blick auf die Bucht von Rogoznica ist zu jeder Tageszeit traumhaft. Weit abgeschieden jenseits von Lärm oder Nachbarn kann man sich sehr gut erholen. Wenn man essen gehen möchte, empfiehlt es sich TripAdvisor zu nutzen (die besten Kneipen sind sehr zu empfehlen z.B. Rogoznica – Restaurant Riva, Primosten – Konova Tereza, Francos) Beim Geld tauschen sollte man etwas aufpassen, da einige zu hohe Provisionen fordern. Einkaufen kann man in Primosten an der Promenade Obst & Gemüse wie auch frischen Fisch (8-9 Uhr). In Rogoznica empfiehlt sich der Tommy Markt. Etwas weiter zu fahren (30 km) in Trogier gibt es einen tollen Markt in der Mitte der Stadt.. Wer jedoch etwas mehr deutsche Produkte sucht, der sollte auf alle Fälle ins Kaufland nach Trogir fahren, dort bekommt man fast alles (auch ordentliches Fleisch)! Der Support über CLR und den Gastgebern Danijela und Marko war perfekt! Wir können jedem empfehlen hier Urlaub zu machen... Marc & Freunde

Die Villa Terra ist unglaublich schön abgeschieden gelegen. Das Haus samt Terrasse und Pool sind sehr geschmackvoll und die Aussicht ist einfach traumhaft. Wir haben unsere beiden Urlaubswochen in völliger Abgeschiedenheit sehr genossen. Ein großer Dank auch an die Gastgeber Danijela und Marko für ihren liebevollen Empfang und die gute Betreuung vor Ort. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Es war anders. Es war genial. Wir waren 2 Wochen dort und konnten richtig entspannen. Wir waren 6 Erwachsene, 4 Kinder und 2 Hunde in der ersten Woche. In der zweiten Woche waren wir 4 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder. Das Haus liegt im „Nirgendwo“, (keine Nachbarn, keine Straßengeräusche) mit einem wunderschönen Blick auf den Hafen von Rogoznica und die vorliegenden Inseln. Mit dem Auto ist man in 5 Minuten in Rogoznica und in 8 Minuten mitten in Primosten. Beide Städte haben was, allerdings ist Primosten schöner und hat bessere Strände für Kinder. Das Haus ist absolut geschmackvoll eingerichtet und praktisch aufgeteilt und bestens ausgestattet. Der Empfang der Eigentümer und der Support (sehr diskret und unaufdringlich) waren sehr gut. Danke

We had a wonderfull week in Villa Terra. It is located on a wonderfull spot in the mountains with a view on the sea and the harbor of Rogoznica. There is a lot of privacy and a nice swimmingpool. Within only 10 minites drive you are in the center of Rogoznica or Primôsten or at the seaside. The house is tastefully decorated and is very well equipped. We were very warmly welcomed by the owners and we will happy to come back one more time.
