Villa Tiara is located in Vrsi, a small town located on a peninsula near the famous tourist destination - the city of Zadar. If you want to escape from the hectic everyday life and indulge in the charms of this beautiful place, then villa Tara is the right choice for you!

It was built in 2022 in a contemporary construction style, has a view of the clear Adriatic Sea, and offers its guests 400 m2 of living space, while the total area of the property is 894 m2. A maximum of 12 people can stay in the villa, while the optimal number is 10.

On the ground floor, you will be comfortable in the living room, which contains two sofas, a coffee table, and a TV, and next to the living room there is a dining room with a dining table for 10 people, and a modern kitchen with a bar and 3 bar stools. There are also 4 bedrooms with double beds (200x210) and attached en suite bathrooms with showers. From the bedrooms, you can go directly to the outdoor terrace, which has a seating area, perfect for drinking your morning coffee.

On the outdoor terrace, there is a heated pool of 49 m2, 1.6 meters deep, with the additional functionality of a waterfall and massage. Next to it, there are 6 deckchairs for sunbathing and a covered outdoor table. You will especially enjoy the summer kitchen with a charcoal or wood grill, and another dining table.

You will relax your body and soul in the jacuzzi and sauna, where you will be able to enjoy complete silence.

Additional facilities include a washing machine, dryer, iron, and a separate toilet. If necessary, you can also use a feeder and a cot.

The yard is completely fenced and offers 4 private parking spaces.

One of the greatest natural treasures of the Municipality of Vrsi is a beautiful and indented coast 34 km long. The coast is dominated by natural bays and hidden beaches, while urban beaches with lighted walkways can be found in the areas of Vrsi-Mulo and Vrsi-Zukve.
