The beautiful contemporary villa Times is located in Vrbnik on the island of Krk. The contemporary style of the villa and the beautiful centuries-old tradition of the town of Vrbnik offers a unique combination of timeless style and island culture. The villa is surrounded by a forest and the object is ideal for a family holiday in nature, and provides complete relaxation. It is also located near the sea (500 m aerial distance) and numerous sandy and pebble beaches.

The beautiful Villa Times offers 280 m2 of living space, and offers accommodation for a maximum of 8, and optimally 6 people. Guests will be accommodated in 3 bedrooms with double beds (180*200), and a sofa bed is available as an additional bed.

On the ground floor of the villa there is a living room with a dining room, a separate toilet and a laundry room. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary facilities, and you can also use an outdoor gas grill for preparing meals outdoors, with a view of nature and the sea.

On the first floor of the villa there are 3 bedrooms with double beds, two of which have a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The third bathroom is located separately from the rooms on the first floor of the villa. All bedrooms have access to the terrace where you can enjoy a beautiful view of the fairy-tale forest and the blue Adriatic.

In the outdoor area of the villa, there is a heated pool of 40 m2, 1.4 meters deep, surrounded by deck chairs where you can enjoy sunny summer days. You can also enjoy prepared specialties on the terrace with 8 seats. The villa is completely fenced to ensure your privacy, and you have 2 parking spaces at your disposal.

Vrbnik is an ideal place for a quiet family holiday and for those who are looking for the original Adriatic charm. Near the villa is the sandy beach of St. Marak, which is ideal for families with children, because it offers numerous additional facilities for entertainment. Thanks to its location, from Vrbnik you can discover larger places on the island of Krk in about 20 minutes by car and visit numerous viewpoints from which you can enjoy the view.

With prior agreement, it is possible to use a baby cot and a feeder.
