The luxury villa Ultra Premium is located on the island of Hvar, in Stari Grad, which will completely delight you! Stari Grad is a place for young and fierce athletes, adventurers, and relaxed and meditative tourists. It is really old, it was built about 2400 years ago when the ancient Greeks settled there and called the place Pharos. If you want to enjoy complete luxury while swimming in the clean and clear Adriatic Sea, then Villa Ultra Premium is the perfect choice for you!

The villa was built in a contemporary style in 2020, offers guests 500 m2 of living space, and the total area of the property is 800 m2. The villa is only 5 meters away from the Adriatic Sea, which is a great opportunity to swim in it or just enjoy the view. The Ultra Premium Villa can accommodate a maximum of 12 people, while the optimal number of guests is 10. You will be comfortably accommodated in 4 bedrooms with double beds and en suite bathrooms, located on the upper floor. The villa has a sea view from all its rooms, whether you are on the ground floor or upstairs.

The ground floor has a modern kitchen, a dining room with a dining table with 10 seats, and a living room where you can enjoy watching entertainment on TV.

For lovers of active holidays, there is also a gym of 40 m2 with several basic exercise equipment, a Finnish sauna, two showers, 1 toilet, and a jacuzzi.

On the outdoor terrace, there is a heated infinity pool of 55 m2 and a depth of 1.35 meters, and next to it there are 8 sun loungers. Children will be able to use swimming gloves and toys. You will be able to try your gastronomic skills on the outdoor charcoal grill, and there is also an outdoor dining table and garden furniture.

If children come with you on holiday, you can use a feeder and a cot.

Villa Ultra Premium offers 2 parking spaces outside the yard, and also has a charger for electric cars that is a part of the hotel’s main garage.

* Washing clothes up to 3 kg during the stay is included in the price, everything above that is paid extra.

* Pets are allowed, however, you pay 100 € per dog, and this includes a custom-made bed with an anatomical pillow and bowls made of terracotta.

* If you are a fan of active holidays, you can rent bicycles or use the fitness/gym at an additional cost.
