The modern stone villa Una is in a prime location in Kukci within the City of Poreč. This Istrian beauty is surrounded by greenery and herbs, and the interior is carefully decorated to give the guests the comfort of home and privacy of a luxury oasis.
The capacity of the villa is 8 guests that have 4 lavishly furnished bedrooms with double beds at their disposal. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms equipped with walk-in showers or bathtubs. Two bedrooms are located on the ground floor, one of which has access to the pool and the other two bedrooms are on the first floor of the house where you can enjoy sea view from the terrace. This luxury villa is built in a modernist spirit and is characterized by minimalism and simplicity, which are permeated through an elegant and attractive ambience. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with a smaller dining island from where it opens to a dining room with spectacular but unobtrusive lighting and a living room whose aesthetics are accentuated by a luxurious modern fireplace. The living room is separated from the garden by a sliding glass door, thus establishing a connection between the outside and the inside of the house, which significantly contributes to the coziness provided by villa Una.
In the beautiful garden surrounding the villa there is a 5x10 m swimming pool with an electrolysis system, surrounded by parasols and 8 sun loungers where you can soak up the sun while reading a book or having a refreshing drink. There is also a covered summer kitchen with a charcoal grill, ideal for gatherings with friends and family, and you can complement the specialties from your kitchen with herbs from the garden. The villa is fully fenced and there are 6 parking spaces on the 1200 m2 plot. If you are going on a vacation with a large family, you can rent villa Sana, located next to the villa Una, thus ensuring privacy and convenience.
There are many reasons to rent a villa Una, and one of them is certainly the location - everything is at your fingertips! If you want to visit a theme park with children, play golf, ride a bike, taste renowned Istrian wines and delicacies, enjoy nature, sail, swim or dive, then this is your dream villa! It is also important to mention that the first beach with small pebbles is only 3 kilometers from the villa, but you will be delighted by the many other Istrian beaches that are rewarded for their cleanliness and amenities. Also, Villa Una is only a few kilometers from Poreč, a city of exceptional Croatian cultural heritage whose Euphrasian Basilica is protected by UNESCO.
