It is located in Mlini, only 8 km from the city of Dubrovnik, which is a very popular tourist destination for domestic and foreign tourists. The mills are located in a homeland dominated by lush Mediterranean vegetation. This beautiful place has its sea but also the river Zavrelje, pebble beaches, flower gardens, and promenades where you can walk at any time of day.
This rustic beauty was built in 2018, has 230 m2 of living space, and the entire property has 2000 m2. The villa offers accommodation for a maximum of 10 people, whether it is a group of friends or a large family. It is located 2 km from the sea and pebble beach, and it can accommodate a maximum of 10 people.
On the ground floor of Villa Unique, there is a spacious living room that includes a corner sofa, a romantic fireplace, a TV, a coffee table, and an armchair. Next to the living room is a dining room with a dining table for ten people, and a modern and fully equipped kitchen will allow you to prepare delicious meals. On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms with showers.
On the upper floor, you will be greeted by three more bedrooms, one of which has a walk-in shower, and there are two more bathrooms with showers.
The contents of the outdoor terrace will especially delight you: the outdoor heated pool of 33 m2 and a depth of 1.5 m will be an ideal place for pleasant refreshment during the day or night. Next to it, there are eight deck chairs with sunbathing, and near the pool is an outdoor summer kitchen with an outdoor grill on charcoal or wood, and an outdoor dining table and outdoor seating.
Extras include a washing machine, dryer, and iron, as well as a feeder and baby cot.
Children and adults will be able to have fun playing Playstation 4, badminton or, table tennis. Also, children's games will not be missing in the open yard and green lawn ideal for fun for the whole family.
There are also three private parking spaces available.
Milni is ideal for nature lovers because it abounds in its fragrant parks and historical and cultural heritage dating back to ancient times. Some of the interesting sights worth visiting are the church of St. Roka and the Church of St. Spirit. Fans of sports and active holidays will enjoy diving, jet-skiing, water skiing, volleyball, and cycling.
