The modern look of the architecturally harmoniously built villa Velum enchants with its luxurious interior with a total area of 180 m2, and an outdoor courtyard with numerous accompanying facilities that will turn your vacation into a real idyll.

Suitable for a maximum of six people, villa Velum has three air-conditioned rooms with a double bed and en-suite bathrooms. One room and bathroom are located on the ground floor, while two rooms with fully equipped bathrooms are located on the first floor. The ground floor houses a large kitchen and dining room, and on the mezzanine floor there is a spacious living room and a guest bathroom. In this part of the villa there are also additional facilities such as an indoor pool, sauna, fitness room, laundry room and an outdoor courtyard with garden furniture.

The fully equipped kitchen features a coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher and all the additional content that will allow you to enjoy your vacation. In addition, if you are coming with small children, the villa is equipped with a feeder and a baby cot.

There are also two swimming pools, an indoor heated pool of 19 m2 and a depth of 1.6 m, and an outdoor pool of 24 m2 and a depth of 1.6 m. Sun loungers are set up around the pool so you can enjoy the summer sun. The fully fenced yard is also equipped with an outdoor grill on charcoal or wood, and inside the yard there are two parking spaces.

Located near a beautiful pebble beach, the villa is surrounded by untouched nature of the fairy-tale town of Sutivan. The facility is also located near the centre of Sutivan, restaurants, pubs, markets, nightclubs, and other interesting facilities that will turn your stay into a real adventure.

For those looking for an active vacation, the island of Brač offers a handful of outdoor activities. Of course, water sports such as diving, sailing, or fishing dominate. Likewise, a stay in the fresh air in nature will be appreciated by all those who enjoy cycling or simple walks on a romantic evening on this beautiful island. Located nearby is the Sutivan Nature Park with many diverse domestic animals, but also an Aquapark that will delight the youngest with its diverse content.
