Villa Vendi is located in Komiža, on the island of Vis. It is a small town with a long fishing tradition, which is reflected in its appearance and the warmth of the locals. Thanks to the mild Mediterranean climate, staying in Komiža is pleasant even during the winter months. Pebble beaches with springs of drinking water line the entire eastern coast of the Komi Bay.
Villa Vendi was built in 2022 in a contemporary construction style, and offers guests 400 m2 of living space, and the total area of the property is 1000 m2. The nearest beach is 350 meters away, where you can refresh yourself in the clean and clear sea. A maximum of 10 people can stay in the villa, while the optimal number is 8. Guests will be comfortably accommodated in 4 bedrooms with double beds, and two extra beds (80x200) are also available. The villa has 4 en suite bathrooms with shower cabins. You can enjoy the sea view from 3 bedrooms.
In the living room there is a couch, a sofa, a TV and a chest of drawers. The dining room has a dining table with 8 seats, and in the equipped kitchen you will prepare meals for the whole family.
Fans of an active vacation will be delighted with the gym with exercise equipment, and there is also a shower in the gym.
On the outdoor terrace there is a summer kitchen, a sofa, an outdoor dining table, an electric grill, and a 45 m2 swimming pool with a depth of 1.5 meters. There are also 4 sunbeds where you can relax reading your favorite book.
Additional features of the villa Vendi include a washing machine, dryer and iron, one separate toilet, and with prior agreement you can use a feeder and a baby cot.
The courtyard of the villa is completely fenced and offers 4 private parking spaces.
If you are interested in culture and entertainment, be sure to visit the Fisherman's Museum and the musical and stage manifestations of the Komi cultural summer, when the klapa song can be heard from the taverns. Komiža will get under your skin because of the crystal clear water, untouched nature and fragrance. Wild lavender, myrtle and rosemary will accompany you both in the interior and on the coast of the island. The streets of Komi with their layout, narrow passages, souvenir shops and studios can be a real adventure for every visitor, where you can explore and discover something new every day.
