Villa Vento is located 10 km from Zadar, in a small town Kožino. Kožino is well connected with the tourist towns of Zadar, Šibenik and Nin. It abounds in sandy and pebble beaches with crystal clear sea surrounded by green Mediterranean vegetation. This place is ideal for a quiet family vacation.
Villa Vento has 4 rooms that offer accommodation for 8 people, and two extra beds (sofa in the living room) that can accommodate two more people. Upstairs are 3 air-conditioned rooms, from which are two with double beds, bathrooms and their own loggia where you can enjoy the beautiful view of the sea, rocks and greenery. One loggia also has a seating where you can have your morning coffee. The childrens room upstairs has 2 beds with one being a pull-out bed. Also, there is a jacuzzi on the roof terrace of the villa. All bathrooms are en suite and have walk in showers and underfloor heating. On the ground floor is another bedroom with double beds. The ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen and dining room, and a living room with a spacious sofa and a separate toilet.
From the ground floor you can directly reach the garden with a beautiful heated pool and deck chairs where you can enjoy the beautiful landscape. Also the villa is fully fenced and offers you complete privacy and enjoyment of the holiday. 45 m from the villa there is a rocky beach, and if you are a fan of sandy beaches, at a distance of 450 m there is a beautiful sandy beach.
Kožino is located near national parks: Krka (known for the natural phenomenon of travertine barriers on Skradinski buk and Roški slap), Kornati (a large number of islands and islets suitable for tourists) and Paklenica (beautiful canyons where tourists spend more active hiking holidays). Kožino has a rich gastronomic offer with fine Dalmatian delicacies and numerous Dalmatian festivities.
