Beautiful Villa Vida is located in the south of Istria in the town of Svetvinčenat, which boasts a rich tourist and gastronomic offer. Surrounded by gorgeous green lawns and Mediterranean vegetation, Villa Vida, which is only a 20-minute drive away from divine Istrian beaches, is an ideal choice for those who are in need of a rest from their busy everyday life.
With a living space of 280m2, Villa Vida features three bedrooms, two of which are equipped with double beds, while one has two single beds that can be put together if necessary. Each room has its own bathroom with underfloor heating and radiator while an additional bathroom is located near the sauna and pool. Guests of Villa Vida also have a separate toilet, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area where guests can comfortably accommodate, and a living room equipped with a TV and a PlayStation console.
All bedrooms have access to the lovely pool (50 m2) with heating and massage option surrounded by deck chairs which is located in the partially fenced, 3000 m2 large courtyard. Here you will also find an outdoor dining area together with a grill where you can prepare fresh meals for your family and friends. The rich entertainment offer of the villa Vida includes 4 bicycles and a game room with a TV, a game table, chairs and various board games located in the auxiliary facility. Outside the villa there is a table tennis table as well as a jacuzzi and a sauna for relaxation. Together with three other villas, villa Vida is located on a 25,000 m2 large terrain together. Privacy is guaranteed due to the hedges and trees surrounding each villa. All villas share 2 tennis courts, half a basketball court (1 hoop), 2 playgrounds and a bowling area. Vila Vida has two private parking spaces, but there is enough place for two more vehicles.
