The modern and elegant villa Vigneto is located in the picturesque Istrian village of Verteneglio. Thanks to the location near Poreč, Rovinj and Novigrad, villa Vigneto truly offers you the best of the best - a relaxing holiday surrounded with beauties of rural Istria with rich city life and best Istrian beaches at arm's reach. In the fully air-conditioned villa Vigneto, guests can relax in 6 airy bedrooms. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed, two with a queen size bed, while the remaining rooms feature two single beds that can be brought together if necessary. Three extra beds are also available, making the villa ideal for 12 + 3 guests. Each bedroom features an ensuite bathroom alongside one separate toilet which is at the disposal of all the guests. The fully equipped, top-of-the-range kitchen exuding typical Istrian charm, a lovely dining area and a comfortably furnished living room are united in an open plan setting creating a cosy atmosphere in a stylish interior. With a living space of 375 m2, villa Vigneto is located on a 2000 m2 large property where guests can relax in the 50 m2 large pool and outdoor jacuzzi. The entertainment offer of the villa also includes table tennis equipment, a PlayStation 4 console, various games for children as well as a small children's playground. The outdoor gas grill is perfect for preparing fresh dishes which you can then enjoy in the shade of the beautiful summer kitchen offering you a view of the surrounding pristine nature and unforgettable sunsets. The rich offer of this luxurious accommodation, for an added cost, includes a personal chef, housekeeping service, gardening, massage service, personal trainer and yoga trainer. Also, we offer organized transfers from and to the airport, boat trips and one-day excursions, truffle hunting, winery tours and olive oil as well as various other services. Experience Istria and spend an unforgettable holiday in Villa Vigneto! Please note this property will only accept youth groups or stag/hen parties subject to payment of a refundable security deposit. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 30 or under. If you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, you will be asked to pay the security deposit on arrival. Any sums required to repair damage caused by you to the property during your stay will be deducted from the security deposit before being returned to you. This property may allow pets at the owner's discretion, or for a fee. Pool heating is available with an extra charge of 300€ on request.

Location

Pool heating is not included in the rental price, and will be additionally charged at check-in, the pool is not heated in the period from 1.11 to 01.03.

Until May and from September, for every stay for more than 12 guests a fee in the amount of 35 EUR is charged per person / per day, up to 15 person in total.
