Villa Visum Mare Tribus is located in a small town near the town of Opatija, named Mošćenička Draga. It is a place where tourists look for a peaceful and beautiful holiday every year, in order to escape with their families and friends from the hectic lifestyle and city noise. The villa is an excellent choice for all those who want a nice vacation and to swim in the pool or in the clear Adriatic Sea.

The villa is recognizable by its modern style of construction, it is completely new, built-in 2022, and offers guests 412 m2 of living space, while the total area of ​​the property is 1160 m2. It is only 200 meters from the nearest beach, and from all rooms, you will have a view of the clear sea. The villa can accommodate a maximum of 14 people, while the optimal number is 12.

In the basement, there is a wellness room that includes a sauna and jacuzzi, and a bathroom. There is also one bedroom with a double bed and an en suite bathroom with a shower. On the ground floor, there is another bedroom with a double bed and en suite bathroom with shower, a living room which includes a sofa (which serves as an extra bed for two people), 3 armchairs, stools, coffee table, and TV. In the kitchen and dining room, you will cook and try freshly prepared dishes at the dining table with 16 seats.

On the upper floor, there are four bedrooms with double beds and en suite bathrooms with showers, one of which has a bathtub. Additional facilities of this villa include a washing machine, dryer and iron, and two separate toilets.

On the outdoor terrace, you will be pleasantly refreshed in the heated pool of 47 m2, which as an additional function has a massage, waterfalls, and countercurrent swimming. There are 16 sun loungers on the sun deck where you can enjoy the sun and relax. There is also an outdoor barbecue on charcoal or wood where you will prepare delicious traditional dishes.

Children will be able to enjoy the fully fenced yard, and inside the villa will be able to play darts.

For guests who want an active vacation, Mošćenička Draga has a rich offer: hiking, biking, and kayaking, but also events such as fishing evenings where the crews of traditional sailing boats and oars compete, and gastronomic events dedicated primarily to the Kvarner shrimp.

Sipar beach is one of the most beautiful in Kvarner, and in secluded places along the coastal promenade, there are many other, small, natural beaches, away from the crowds and unwanted views.
