Villa Visum Mare Unus is located in the village Mošćenička Draga, which is known for its mild Mediterranean climate, clean sea, beautiful nature, and healthy and delicious food. All this began to attract domestic and foreign guests, who visit Istria and Kvarner every year to discover their beauties and enjoy happy and pleasant holidays.

Villa Visum Mare Unus was built in 2022 in a modern style of construction, provides its guests with 250 m2 of living space, and the total area of the property is 355 m2. It is 200 meters away from the nearest sea and pebble beach, where you can swim or dive in the depths of the Adriatic Sea. The villa consists of a basement, ground floor, and upper floor.

In the cellar, there is a wellness room where you can relax in the sauna or jacuzzi. There is also a kitchen, deck chairs, table and armchairs, bathroom, and toilet. On the ground floor, you will be greeted by a spacious living room where you can enjoy watching TV, and the sofa serves as an extra bed for two people. Near the living room is a modern kitchen and dining room with a table with 8 seats. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms with double beds and en suite bathrooms. Upstairs there is a balcony from which you can enjoy the view of the calm sea.

On the outdoor terrace, there is a heated pool of 32 m2 and a depth of 1.5 m, which as an additional function has a waterfall and massage. You can also use the outdoor grill on charcoal or wood, and test your culinary skills.

Additional amenities include a feeder, baby cot, washing machine, dryer, and iron.

The villa is fully fenced and offers 2 private parking spaces inside the yard.

You will have fun playing darts or enjoying the sauna, and for those who want an active vacation, Mošćenička Draga has a rich offer, which includes hiking, biking, and kayaking, but also events such as fishing evenings where the crews of traditional sailing boats and oars, and gastronomic events dedicated, above all, to the Kvarner shrimp. Sipar beach is one of the most beautiful in Kvarner, and in secluded places along the coastal promenade, there are many other, small, natural beaches, away from the crowds and unwanted views.
