In its 295m2 villa Viviano can accommodate 8 people in 3 modern and spacious bedrooms. The beautiful bedrooms and 3 comfortable bathrooms are located on the upper floor of the villa. One of the bathrooms is equipped with a bathtub, one features a shower enclose while one has both a shower enclosure and a bathtub. On the ground floor of the villa you can find 2 separate toilets. Together with the harmoniously decorated living room, the fully equipped kitchen and charming dining room with a total of 8 seats create an oasis to relax in with family and friends.

The underground floor of the villa features a playroom, sauna and a wine cellar. Guests can enjoy a game of table football, play games on the PlayStation console, relax in the wellness area or have a good sweat in the gym. Villa Vivano offers a variety of enjoyable choices for both adults and children!

The beautiful courtyard of the villa is completely surrounded by a concrete fence and hedges. It features a lovely heated pool (3.5x 9m and a depth of 1.5m) surrounded by 6 sun loungers. The pool’s additional equipment includes a waterfall, an electrolysis device and a protective fence. As an interesting, unusual addition, the pool also has a window into the gym! In the yard there is also an outdoor grill for preparing delicious meals at any time of the day.
