The luxury villa White Palace is located in Trogir, a historic town in Central Dalmatia that fascinates with its wealth of cultural and historical monuments and interesting content. The villa is located in the very center of the city, but its isolation and complete enclosure by high walls guarantees complete privacy.
Architecturally, this villa stands out for its extremely modern appearance and unusual construction style. On the ground floor of the villa there is a living room and a fully equipped kitchen, one indoor and one outdoor toilet, a jacuzzi, a pool terrace and an outdoor grill.
On the upper floor, there are four luxuriously furnished rooms with ensuite bathrooms with high-quality and contemporary elements. The rooms have double beds measuring 200x200 cm, so the maximum accommodation capacity of the villa is 8 people, and two more people can be accommodated on request (only children up to 14 years). All rooms are air-conditioned and also have their own 42" TV. Fully equipped bathrooms have all the necessary contents such as soap, towels and other accompanying materials. In the rooms, you also have a safety deposit box at your disposal so that you can enjoy your vacation in peace. On the first floor of the villa there is also a laundry room with a washing machine and a tumble dryer.
On the terrace of the villa there is an unusually long heated swimming pool 18 m long, with a total size of 55 m2, divided into three parts of different depths. The first part consists of a shallow booth, then a part adapted for children, and a third part with a depth of 1.55 m. The pool is partly covered by the upper floor, and partly exposed to the sun. A jacuzzi is also available.
The pool is heated with a 35kw heat pump, and there is also a massage tub on the roof for 6 people, and 2 professional umbrellas on the roof that cover a total of 8x6m of space.
The villa also has a spacious roof terrace of 100 m2 with a beautiful view of the city and the crystal clear sea. The terrace can be reached from the ground floor where the pool is located. The roof terrace offers a superb view of the sea and the old part of Trogir. There are 4 parking spaces available in the courtyard next to the entrance of the villa, and 5 more parking spaces are available outside the courtyard.
Outside the living space, there is a 400 m2 spacious yard that is directly connected to the interior, as the glass walls are movable and can be converted into a large open space. There are deckchairs around the pool, and in the part below the pool there is 40 m2 of space with beach pebbles, where there is also a sunken lounge booth that will give you the perfect summer experience. The villa is surrounded by a natural environment of green bushes and palm trees, and a green cypress fence.
The villa is 400 m from the sea coast, and on the city beach you can enjoy water sports such as diving, swimming or a simple walk with the evening sunset.
Trogir offers a variety of content, such as sports activities, entertainment or sightseeing of numerous cultural and historical monuments. Don't miss visiting the Pantan nature reserve and mill from the 16th century, 3 km from the center of Trogir.
Among the cultural and historical sights, Trogir is famous for the cathedral of St. Lovre, whose construction lasted more than 3 centuries. This monumental basilica stands out for its eclectic style of construction and the famous Radovan portal from the 14th century. This basilica is considered one of the most beautiful cathedrals in Croatia.
If you prefer sailing and exploring islands and untouched nature, you will surely enjoy the indented Adriatic coast with a unique number of as many as 1,244 islands, islets and rocks. In the vicinity of Trogir there are two interesting islets called Drvenik Veli and Drvenik Mali. On the east coast of Drvenik Vel, there is a unique location - the Blue Lagoon, an oasis of peace that will give you a special experience of summer paradise.
