Villa Žal is located in Dalmatia, in the village of Kaštel Stari, which is the oldest of seven settlements on the part of the attractive coast between the city of Trogir and Split. If you want to escape from the hectic everyday life and spend a luxurious vacation in peace and quiet, then Villa Žal is the choice for you! Kaštel Stari is a place that is otherwise ideal for a family vacation, and the proximity of famous tourist towns is just one of many reasons why you should visit it.
Villa Žal was built in 2020 with a modern style of construction and has 170 m2 of living space. The total area of the property is 1250 m2, 1.2 km from the nearest pebble beach, and nearby there are restaurants and cafes where fun evenings are guaranteed. The villa is fully air-conditioned, it can accommodate a maximum of 8 and optimally 6 people.
During the stay, guests have access to the ground floor, which will comfortably accommodate 3 bedrooms, two of which have a double bed and one has two single beds. The villa has one en suite bathroom with a shower, and another ordinary bathroom, which also contains a shower. In the comfortable living room, you will rest on a corner sofa that also serves as an extra bed for two people, and there is also an armchair, TV, and coffee table. Near the living room, there is a modern kitchen with a bar, which contains everything you need to prepare your favorite meals for the whole family during your stay, and there is also a dining room with a dining table for 8 people.
The dining room leads directly to the outdoor terrace, which will delight you! You will find pleasant refreshment in the pool of 33 m2 and a depth of 1.4 m. Next to it, you will sunbathe on 4 deck chairs where you will be able to read your favorite books or simply relax soaking up the warm summer sun. The youngest will be especially delighted by the playground where they have a children's slide, swing, and other toys that they will be happy to have fun with, while adults have the opportunity to play darts. On the outdoor terrace, there is an outdoor dining table with 8 seats and two hanging armchairs, and you have to prepare meals not only in the kitchen but also on a charcoal or wood grill located in the tavern, right next to the villa.
The tavern is a real Dalmatian example of a place where delicious traditional meat or fish dishes are mostly prepared, of course with the inevitable addition of olive oil. In the tavern, there is a table with benches, a barbecue, and a kitchen.
Additional content of the villa Žal consists of a feeder and baby cot, a washing machine, and an iron.
The yard is nicely decorated, contains lots of greenery and places for children to play, and inside it, there are 3 private parking spaces.
The host is at the maximum disposal of the guests during the entire stay. Also, guests can expect a welcome gift upon arrival!
Be sure to visit cities such as Trogir or Split, tourist destinations that have been visited by guests from all over the world for years. Split is a tourist metropolis of central Dalmatia and guarantees plenty of fun, and a large selection of places for evening outings, walks, or day trips.
