Vaš boravak u Villa Alba Seget

Moderna vila Alba Seget nalazi se u malom mjestu na dalmatinskoj obali nazvanom Seget Vranjica. Novoizgrađena vila stvorena je za uživanje u udobnosti i luksuzu, a može udobno smjestiti 10 gostiju. 

Veličina kuće je 350 m2 te ne začuđuje spajanje kuhinje, blagovaone i dnevnog boravka u otvoreni tlocrt kako bi cijela prostorija bila okupana suncem i pružala pogled na more. Cijela vila je klimatizirana i pokrivena bežičnim internetom. Potpuno opremljenu kuhinju krasi kvaliteta i funkcionalnost, a dnevnom sobom dominiraju neobičan luksuzni kauč i Smart Tv veličine 163 cm.  Spavaće sobe s ensuite kupaonicama opremljene su udobnim krevetima dimenzija 2x2,10m koji se mogu po potrebi razdvojiti na dva jednoležajna kreveta dimenzija 1 x 2,10m. Dva dodatna ležaja se nalaze u gaming roomu. Vila raspolaže sa čak 5 vrhunsko uređenih kupaonica, jednim odvojenim toaletom, a postoji i odvojena prostorija sa perilicom i sušilicom rublja. Zabavni sadržaji kao što su Playstation 4, SUP i 6 bicikala razveseliti će i male i velike goste.

Ukoliko želite biti blizu mora, ova vila je odličan odabir jer je šljunčana plaža udaljena samo 200 metara. Osim u kristalno čistom moru, osvježenje možete pronaći i u grijanom bazenu veličine 3,7 x 10,5 m sa 4 mlaznice za masažu. Bazen je okružen ležaljkama za sunčanje, vrtnom garniturom i vanjskim stolom za objed koji je praktičan ukoliko spremate jela na plinskom grillu. Na potpuno ograđenoj parceli površine 450 m2 na raspolaganju imate 2 parkirna mjesta na otvorenom parkingu u sklopu vile te 2 garažna mjesta.  

Uz sve pogodnosti koje pruža ova prekrasna vila, treba istaknuti i fantastičnu lokaciju. Ne samo što se nalazi blizu mora i prelijepih plaža, ova vila se nalazi i u blizini Zračne luke Split te prekrasnih dalmatinskih bisera Trogira i Splita koje svakako vrijedi posjetiti.

Auf Sauberkeit wird sehr viel Wert gelegt. Die Lage ist super. 3 Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt. In unmittelbarer Umgebung gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und stehen bei Fragen während des Aufenthaltes mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

We were a small group of friends who met up for a week of R&R after touring Croatia prior to our stay at the villa. I anticipated it being lovely based on previous reviews but nothing I had read prepared me for this absolutely stunningly home! The view is to die for, the flow of the home allows for multiple couples or family members to enjoy a quiet moment alone or congregate for an evening drink or dinner poolside. We enjoyed a few dinners here as well as most breakfasts and lunches and there was nothing we needed to prepare our meals that hadn’t been thought of…. the kitchen and its high end appliances would rival any in a professional kitchen . We especially enjoyed the coffee maker - made the BEST cup of joe ever! Everything had been thought of to provide a luxurious holiday ! Robes, beach towels and toiletries were all included . Our communication with the owners , Josip and Mariana was seamless , they were lovely people and took great pride in providing this vacation home. They welcomed us on arrival with a lovely bottle of wine and fresh baked Croatian goodies! We also visited the beach below and really enjoyed swimming in the Adriatic and the service provided. You could rent chairs and umbrellas for a reasonable amount. There were a few restaurants within walking distance of the villa - all were good however we enjoyed the service and quality of the food best at Villa Mediterranean the most. A day trip to Trogir was enjoyable .. a bit of shopping , a market and a huge selection of restaurants made for a great day out. Fully recommended, if you book this villa you will have a relaxing vacation at a luxurious home with views to die for ! Enjoy!

Fabulous villa!
What a stunning place!! The owners were so welcoming, the Villa is just incredible, all mod cons, and everything is to if the range. The view is to die for! Unbelievably comfortable beds, the pool is glorious and the kitchen is fully equipped, with everything you could possibly need. I would highly recommend this villa, particularly to couples, and families of older children.

Excellent Experience
We did quite a bit of investigation about renting a villa for for a week for 10 people in Croatia before finally choosing Villa Alba Seget in Dalmacija. We were 6 adults and four children. The whole experience was great beginning with the clean, modern and welcoming accommodations, the infinity pool and the courtesy extended by the owners, the proximity to the sea and the general area which included the close by town of Trogir, the farmers and fish market, the restaurants and spectacular old town surroundings. In essence what was advertised, the pictures and description of both the Villa and surrounding area was true to a word. All to say, the experience in total was excellent and one I honestly recommend to families especially looking for a truly remarkable experience. Throughout all the planning and arrangements we were kept informed and updated by the efficient staff of the Croatia Luxury Rent (CLR) agency which itself contributed to the overall excellent experience.

First of all, the hospitality of the hosts, Josip and Mariana, was beyond expectations, welcoming and warm and helpful. The house itself is very beautiful. It is very well placed with a great view over the ocean from the infinity pool, pateo and balconies. It is within a walking distance from the beach, restaurants and cafés and places to rent boats and gear for other water sports. The historic town Trogir is about 10 minutes drive from there and wonderful Split about 40 minutes, the airport about 15 minutes. The house itself provides all a family can need: Bicycles, a fully equipped gym, a paddling board, Playstation 4 and games, TV with Netflix and of course the lovely pool (I cannot count everything, please read the description). Everything in the house is so clean and new and stylish and beautiful. We were a group of 9, from the age of 3 to the age of 60 and everyone got what they needed and we were so very happy with our stay. We cannot recommend this house and its owners enough.
