Vaš boravak u Villa Carré Violet

Villa Carré Violet je moderna i sa stilom uređena kuća za odmor koja se nalazi na uzvisini u Rogoznici te se prostire na tri etaže od kojih su prve dvije međusobno povezane unutarnjim stubištem. Villa ima 4 prostrane spavaće sobe te 3 prozračne i svijetle kupaonice. Kuhinja je potpuno opremljena te, kao blagovaona i dnevni boravak obiluje dnevnim svjetlom. Duž cijele zadnje etaže prostire se terasa s roštiljem gdje se možete opustiti i pripremati svježa jela za vašu obitelj i prijatelje. S terase ville Carré Violet u Rogoznici se pruža dojmljiv pogled na more, brojne uvale te samu Rogoznicu. Ispred kuće se nalazi komforni bazen veličine 32m2 u kojem se svaki dan možete osvježiti i relaksirati.

Obližnje plaže su šljunčane i mirne te idealne za djecu. Ako se pak zaželite ljetne vreve, posjetite centar Rogoznice gdje se nalaze brojni kafići, konobe, zabavni sadržaji, te jedan od najpoznatijih i najluksuznijih restorana na Jadranu, smješten u marini Frapi. Povijesni gradovi Trogir, Split te Šibenik su također vrijedni obilaska. Ne propustite posjetiti i obližnje NP Krku i Kornate te neke od brojnih ostalih otoka.

Familienurlaub mit 6 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern. Zum Meer auf einen schmalen, schönen Weg in einigen Minuten. Haus, Zimmern, Küche, Pool.... Alles sehr sauber und wie in der Beschreibung angegeben. Wir können die Villa Carre Violet empfehlen. Perfekte Location!

We stayed at this villa for a week. 4 adults and 3 children (ages 1, 2 & 3 yrs) We had so much space! You could comfortably have 8 adults staying here. We didn't hire a car for the week, which suited us fine and we wanted to stay out of the car for the week. You could walk to a local shop along the seafront (took about 15mins) but not able to take a buggy. We did walk along the road a couple of times (and took the buggy) but it's very hilly and there aren't any paths. You could pick up most......

We were 4 adults and 4 children and we had a great time in this villa during 1 week. The seaview on the terrasse is amazing, it's such a pleasure to cook your barbecue with this surrounding. The villa is perfect for 2 families, just enough space inside, the rooms are clean and nicely decorated. Overall it's been a great week, the area is very quiet and you can access the sea in 2 minutes walk. Most important, the owner Radenka and her husband have been really kind and gentle with us. Sehr schönes Haus in guter Lage, in der Küche findet man alles was man braucht. Der Pool und die Terrassen sind sehr gepflegt. Ärgerlich sind die späte Check in Zeit ab 16 Uhr und die sehr frühe Check out Zeit um 10 Uhr, da man für diese beiden Tage voll bezahlt.

Razanj - Villa Carre Violet
This was a great villa for two families- less than a couple of minutes walk to the sea and approx 15 minutes walk to shops/restaurants. The villa has a lovely pool and rooftop terrace and also a pool table and table tennis table which our teenagers enjoyed. We loved Razanj - very beautiful and quiet. Croatia Luxury Rent have been extremely helpful and communication has been excellent. Highly recommend!

Nach drei erfolgreichen Buchungen und tollen Villen die letzten Jahre über Croatia Luxury Rent waren wir über diese Unterkunft mehr als enttäuscht. Begrüßt wurden wir um 16.30 Uhr (Check-in ab 16.00 Uhr) an einem Tisch voller Essensreste und Zigarettenabfälle. Im Haus lagen noch die Handtücher inkl. Badehose der vorherigen Gäste auf dem Billiardtisch und die Mülltüten stappelten sich vor der Türe. Wir hatten den Eindruck die Hauseigentümer beim Entspannen am Pool erwischt zu haben, nachdem auch die Luftmatrazen wild im Garten verteilt waren. Soviel zum ersten Eindruck. Leider wurde der zweite nicht besser. Vorsicht ist geboten beim Toilettengang: kein einziger Toilettendeckel ist fest verschraubt, die Handtücher hängen über verrostete Handtuchhalter und wer Gesellschaft in der Dusche wünscht findet Larven unter der Duschekabine und Schmetterlingsmücken in Massen in den Bädern (Sie treten in Gebäuden auf, wenn Gullys oder Bodenabläufe nicht regelmäßig gründlich gereinigt werden). Bettwäsche, Tagesdecken, Gardinen und Sitzauflagen für Stühle waren fleckig. Der Boden sowohl innen als auch außen dreckig. In einem Schlafzimmer waren fremde Socken im Bett. Im Pool haben Fliesen an den Stufen gefehlt- Verletzungsgefahr! Entsprechend haben wir uns rundum unwohl gefühlt und können diese Unterkunft leider keinem weiterempfehlen. Dieses Haus hat leider garnichts mit Luxury zu tun wenn man zunächst selbst einmal durchwischen muss. Ergänzung zum Inventar: Es gibt nur zwei Klimas im Haus: in der Küche und im 1. Stock im Flur. Privatsphäre im Schlafzimmer hat sich bei offen stehenden Türen damit erledigt. Das Fenster im unteren Schlafzimmer lässt sich aufgrund von Bett und Kleiderschrank nicht wirklich öffnen. Positiv: der Ausblick von der Terrasse und der Billiardtisch.

We had a great time!
We were 4 adults and 4 children and we had a great time in this villa during 1 week. The seaview on the terrasse is amazing, it's such a pleasure to cook your barbecue with this surrounding. Beautiful home, peaceful setting and (mostly) relaxing week
We stayed at this villa for a week. 4 adults and 3 children (ages 1, 2 & 3 yrs) We had so much space! You could comfortably have 8 adults staying here. We didn't hire a car for the week, which suited us fine and we wanted to stay out of the car for the week. You could walk to a local shop along the seafront (took about 15mins) but not able to take a buggy. We did walk along the road a couple of times (and took the buggy) but it's very hilly and there aren't any paths. You could pick up most basic supplies and there are a couple of bars and pizza restaurants. We also got the boat taxi across to Rogoznica, which is worth a trip. The house is beautiful and really well equipped and the views are amazing. Having small children there was a little stressful at times as the staircase isn't enclosed and the floors got really slippy when wet (with a pool there it happens alot) meant we had lots of falling over! The pool also isn't enclosed so you've got to ensure you've got eyes on all the time. But there is a trampoline you can zip them into! The walk to the sea is short and the sea is the clearest I've ever seen (make sure you pack jelly shoes as there are tons of spiky sea urchins) Overall we had an amazing week. Enjoyed the local beers, cheese and ham. The owners are lovely and even bought us fresh cherries and apricots plus arm bands for the kids. Would totally recommend this place for a fabulous holiday.
