Vaš boravak u Villa Intima

Predivna vila Intima s pogledom na šumu, samo je 2km udaljena od grada Poreča smještenog u samom srcu zapadne istarske obale. Poreč je grad kulture, turizma, sporta i zabave, višestruko nagrađivan zbog svoje uređenosti i čistoće koji Vam nudi pregršt zanimljivosti i mogućnosti zabave.

Vila Intima može ugostiti 8 osoba, a sadrži potpuno opremljenu kuhinju s blagovaonom, udobnu dnevnu sobu opremljenu sa SAT/LED TV-om, 4 lijepo uređene spavaće sobe, 2 kompletno opremljene kupaonice i jedan odvojeni WC. Ukupna površina vile je 200 m2, a nalazi se na kompletno ograđenom posjedu s ukupnom površinom od 800m2. U dvorištu ispred vile nalazi se predivan privatni bazen (8x4), te natkriven kameni roštilj s terasom za 8 ljudi.

Vila Intima ima lijepu verandu sa prekrasnim pogledom budući da je svega 3 km udaljena od najbliže plaže. Cijela vila i terase su prekrivene besplatnim WiFi internetom omogućujući gostima nesmetano surfanje.  Gostima vile na raspolaganju stoji istolni nogomet, stolni tenis, električni pikado te PlayStation 3 konzola. U vrtu predivne vile Intima u Poreču se nalazi dječje igralište s ljuljačkom, toboganom, malenom kućicom i pješčanikom gdje će mališani zasigurno provesti sate i sate u igri. Fantastični restorani, trgovine i barovi su svega nekoliko kilometara udaljeni od vile u kojoj ćete neometano uživati u popunoj privatnosti.

Der Pool immer 29 Grad und ich war mehr drin 🤗als draußen. Porec war auch sehr schön und jederzeit gerne wieder. Ich bin immer noch begeistert und vermisse es jetzt schon.

The house is very comfortable with a fantastic garden with a lovely heated swimming pool including whirlpool. The house is in a small village in a very quiet street. In front of the house is an illuminated and paved sports field where the children can play football. Within 5 minutes you are in Porec, directly at a number of supermarkets where you can do your shopping. The welcome by the owner......

Great place, but watch out who rents the villa next to you!
What a great place. A great welcome from the hosts. We were 1 hour too early but were allowed to enter the property. A nice garden full of flowers, a great terrace with all the equipment to have a great bbq. Nice rooms, all with airco. The only negative thing was the fact that we had 16! German guys of around 20 years old renting the villa next to us. They started drinking alcohol and making a lot of noice as from 11.00 hours until 23.00 hours, (and around 4.00 hours in the morning returning from partying in Porec). Every day loud music all day. Beerpong (a very known drinking game) and a lot of shouting all day long. I really understand them being 20 years old, I would probably act the same way when I was that age, but my family and I were here to enjoy the silence of the surroundings. Therefore we left 1 day earlier. 4 stars for the villa and hosts, a 1 star for relaxing due to the neighbours

Villa Intima - what a fantastic property.
We were very impressed by the fabulous Villa Intima and its beautiful pool and garden. our hosts were very welcoming and we were delighted not only by a complementary bottle of wine but an enormous bowl of local cherries. A lovely touch! The rooms were were well equipped and we lacked for nothing while we were there. The villa and furnishings were of very high quality and spotlessly clean. It was very easy to get a taxi when we wished to spend the evening in Porec, and due to the out of town location the villa was very peaceful. A perfect getaway!

Fantastic holiday house!
We have had a wonderful family holiday with 3 adults and 3 children (ages 14, 12 and 8) in Villa Intima. The house is very comfortable with a fantastic garden with a lovely heated swimming pool including whirlpool. The house is in a small village in a very quiet street. In front of the house is an illuminated and paved sports field where the children can play football. Within 5 minutes you are in Porec, directly at a number of supermarkets where you can do your shopping. The welcome by the owner was very warm with fresh fruit and a bottle of wine. The owner is easy to reach in case of questions and is very service-oriented. In short, had a wonderful holiday !!

Wir waren vier Erwachsene und 5 Kinder. Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub hier verbracht. Das Haus ist wunderschön mit großzugigen Zimmern, einem tollen Außenbereich und einem fantastischen Pool! Wir können den Urlaub hier nur empfehlen!!!

Wunderschöne Villa mit herrlich grossem Pool
Wir waren mit unseren vier Kids in Kroatien. Die Villa ist wunderschön gross, sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Garten ist sehr gepflegt, gross, am Abend ist der Pool wunderschön beleuchtet. Luxux pur! Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank für die feinen frischen Früchte und Gemüse! Wir haben unsere Ferien sehr geniessen können, es stimmte alles! Ganz liebe Grüsse und nochmals herzlichen Dank!

Wonderful holidays
We had a wonderful holiday and enjoyed our holidays very. However wish to would more glasses for slivovic :) and possibily one or two pots so. The house was really a dream. The sea could be reached in 5-10 minutes also the restaurants and Porec. So everthing was ok. Thanks to Mladen and bests greets. ....
