Vaš boravak u Villa Nikola

Prekrasna Vila Nikola se nalazi u Istri, udaljena samo tri kilometra od grada Labina. Lokacija vile je savršeni odabir za sve one koji žele pobjeći od svakodnevne gužve i uživati u tjednu apsolutne relaksacije. Vila Nikola je okružena bujnim zelenilom, savršenim za ljubitelje prirode koji se žele odmoriti i istražiti netaknuti mediteranski okoliš.

Villa Nikola je savršena za deset ljudi (8 odraslih + 2 djece). Vila sadrži tri spavaće sobe opremljene bračnim krevetima. Svaka soba ima dodatan ležaj. Sobe odišu prostranošću i kvalitetnim dizajnom, te svaka soba ima vlastitu kupaonicu. Deseta osoba može spavati u dnevnom boravku. Dnevni je boravak prostran te se otvara prema opremljenoj, modernoj kuhinji i udobnoj blagovaoni. Izvan vile ćete pronaći prekrasnu terasu koja se proteže prema prostoru za sunčanje. Tu se nalaze i ležaljke te prekrasan bazen od 30m2.

Posjed vile je veoma prostran te nudi svojim gostima bezbroj aktivnosti kao što su: stolni tenis, biljar, trampolin, pikado, PlayStation 3. Ponuda uključuje i novo izgrađen sportski teren za tenis i mali nogomet, novo izgrađenu kamenu kućicu idealnu za djecu, te vinograd koji upotpunjuje prirodni ambijent. Vila nudi i četiri bicikle kako bi gosti mogli istražiti ljepote labinskog kraja i upustiti se u avanturu - jedna od najpoznatijih istarskih biciklističkih ruta se nalazi u neposrednoj blizini vile. Vila Nikola je savršeni odabir za sve oni koji žele uživati u tjednu potpunog opuštanja, istovremeno koristeći sve prednosti aktivnog odmora.

The house was great, newly built and as described. Very clean and great beds. We spent a lot of time in the beautiful garden and pool, barbequed in the evenings. The location is just a 10 min drive from Labin where you will find all you need. Slaven, the owner was very nice and helpful, he has a house right next door but did stay there only a few days. All in all we would have given 5 stars without the noise from the road and somewhat unfinished surroundings.

Die lage ermöglicht schnellen aunkunft in Pula oder wünderschönen Rabac (mein TIP), gleich in der nähe in Labin gibts Lidl mit allem was mann braucht, post und Banken (dort bitte geld wechseln). Einfach klasse und alles da. Nur zum Empfehlen!

The swimming pool is beautiful and there are so much possibilities to enjoy the day. You can play billiard, tabletennis or tennis or you can do BBQ or swim in the pool. Everything was great.. Ein sehr schönes Haus, alles sauber und wie beschrieben. Jeder Raum klimatisiert, jedes Schlafzimmer ein eigens Bad. Schöner beheizter Pool, toll eingezäunter Garten, also auch ausreichend Platz für den Hund. Alles super gepflegt. Sehr nette Vermieter, die immer für uns da waren. Sehr Gastfreundlich, zur Begrüßung gab es regionales Bier, eine Flasche Wein aus eigener Herstellung und einen Korb frisches Obst. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt!

Die Villa Nikola ist wie beschrieben. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr hochwertig ausgestattet und alles sauber. Bäder, Schlafzimmer, Küche etc. perfekt - da fehlt es an nichts. Das Billard rundet die Innenausstattung zusätzlich noch ab. Der Garten ist schön angelegt. Ein überdachter Esstisch läd auch zum Spielabend ein. Der Pool ist toll. Absolut sauber, aber zeitweise im Schatten (was der Jahreszeit geschuldet war). Die Hollywoodschaukel und die Doppelhängematte laden zum chillen ein. Der Sportplatz eignet sich prima zum Spielen und Toben. 5 Minuten mit dem Auto und man erreicht Supermarkt, Tankstelle, Apotheke etc. 20 Minuten und man erreicht Rabac und das Meer. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Meine Familie (3 Kinder, Hund, meine Mama und ich) haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen. Das Einzige, was mich etwas störte, war der Verkehr der angrenzenden Straße. Dennoch gebe ich 5 von 5 Sternen, weil alles andere nicht zu toppen ist.

Sehr schöne erholsame Ferien
Wir haben 2 sehr schöne Wochen in der Villa Nikola verbracht. Der Besitzer hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und war bei Fragen immer gerne bereit zu helfen. Das Haus ist sehr großzügig und schön eingerichtet. Vom Garten und Pool waren wir ebenfalls begeistert. Tennis, Tischtennis und eines der Leihräder haben zusätzlich für viel Abwechslung gesorgt. Die schönen Strände von Porec sind in 15 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für Lebensmittel in 10 Minuten. Ein kleines bisschen störend waren lediglich die Autos, da das Haus direkt an einer zeitweise doch recht gut befahrenen Straße liegt. Alles in allem würden wir aber jederzeit wieder kommen, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Danke.

Im August haben wir zwei wunderschöne und entspannte Wochen in der Villa Nikola verbracht. Das Haus sieht genauso aus, wie auf den Bildern und es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Die Villa und der Garten bieten sehr viel Platz und die gesamte Ausstattung ist hochwertig. Auch der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!!!

Wundervolle Woche in der Villa Nikola!
Wir hatten eine wundervolle Woche in der Villa Nikola! Die Bilder und die Beschreibung entsprechen der Realität. Die Villa war sehr sauber und praktisch eingerichtet. Jedes Schlafzimmer hatte ein eigenes Badezimmer mit genug Handtüchern. Die Küche ist ebenfalls komplett ausgestattet mit allem was man zum kochen braucht. Der große Garten mit der Terrasse und dem anliegenden Pool war für uns das Highlight! Wir kommen gerne wieder!
