Ukoliko tražite udobnost, luksuz i prekrasnu kuću s bazenom za svoj odmor, prekrasna villa Rose je svakako Vaš najbolji izbor. Vila se nalazi u gradiću Ninu blizu Zadra koji će Vas oduševiti raznim zabavnim i kulturnim sadržajima, raznovrsnim restoran ima i pješčanim plažama.

Villa Rose je odličan smještaj za 8 + 2 gostiju koji na raspolaganju imaju 4 moderno uređene spavaće sobe s udobnim bračnim krevetima. Sve prostorije se nalaze u prizemlju i potpuno su klimatizirane i pokrivene bežičnim internetom. Vodeći se konceptom otvorenog plana, potpuno opremljena kuhinja je spojena s lijepom blagovaonicom i ugodnim dnevnim boravkom u kojem se nalazi satelitska televizija. Iz dnevnog boravka se pruža pogled na uređeni vrt sa bazenom oko kojega se nalazi 10 ležaljki za sunčanje. Bazen veličine 4x8 metara je grijan tako da možete unajmiti vilu i kada nije ljeto, a želite se opustiti i uživati u slobodnom vremenu. Natkriveni vanjski dio kuće ima vanjski stol za objed i vanjski roštilj na ugljen kako bi mogli provesti lijepe trenutke u dobrom društvu i dobroj hrani.

Ako niste raspoloženi za pripremanje hrane, u blizini se nalaze brojni restorani s autohtonom ponudom koja će oduševiti sve goste koji vole mediteransku kuhinju. Plitka, duga pješčana obala koja je posebno pogodna za djecu proteže se na 8000 metara, a među njima je najpoznatija Kraljičina plaža koji mnogi svrstavaju u sam vrh svjetskih plaža. Ljubitelji aktivnog odmora mogu odabrati windsurfing, kajak, odbojku na pijesku, paintball, tenis, nogomet, košarku i vodene sportove. Gostima je na raspolaganju brod koji je usidren 1 km od Vile, u  Ninu. Povijesna jezgra grada Nina se nalazi na otoku koji je povezan sa dva mosta i na kojem se nalaze ostaci rimske arhitekture. Antičku arhitekturu možete vidjeti i u Zadru koji je udaljen samo 15 kilometara od Nina i centar je Sjeverne Dalmacije, a ne propustite posjetiti neke od nacionalnih parkova i parkova prirode poput Kornata, Plitvica, Paklenice i Krke.

*Domaćin posjeduje otvoreni gliser sa svom opremom dužine 6m x 2,5m za 8 osoba sa vanbrodskim motorom snage 140 KS. Mogućnost korištenja sa i bez skipera uz nadoplatu na upit. Brod je usidren u luci Nin, udaljenoj 1 km od vile.

We spent our two-week summer vacation together with a friend family in Villa Rose. The villa is excellently described in the ad and the pictures correspond to reality. The layout is perfect for two families and offers a certain physical separation through the centrally located shared spaces (living room / kitchen). The equipment is very high quality, we have lacked nothing. The terrace, garden and pool are generously designed and offer everything we and our children could wish for on vacation. The picturesque village of Nin is a few minutes walk away. The very friendly and accommodating hosts complete the perfect picture, all questions and wishes were answered at short notice and extremely satisfactory. Thank you for the hospitality, we can recommend the accommodation without any reservation!

Extremely comfortable and well equipped villa a short walk from the centre of Nin. The villa was spotlessly clean. The kitchen had all the equipment we needed to make breakfasts, lunches and dinners. Comfortable lounge and dining areas (inside and outside). Great bathrooms and roomy bedrooms with extremely comfortable beds. Aircon was great. Communication with the host, both via email/WhatsApp and in person was excellent. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

We had lovely time in the villa. It exceeded our expectations a lot. Everything is organized in the way to be most convenient it can. House is fully equipped which allows everyone to fell like home. You will find everything what you need to stay there and live there as you would probably do at home. Kitchen offers premium equipment and there is everything you would expect from your home kitchen. We have even been given things for start so you do not have to run to the shop after your arrived and unpack your staff, instead you can go straight to the pool which is really great. Clean, warm and very convenient. House is arranged with great taste, and it really is shown on the pictures. Owner is really helpful with everything you need, giving you advices and recommendations. We would love to come back there next year. I recommend this place to everyone!

The villa is even more amazing than in the pictures. As a large family it was absolutely perfect, very spacious and spent most days lazing around the pool. Everything in the town of Nin is walking distance, for those not having a car it’s no problem. Also a mention to the host Ruza, she was so friendly and helpful, couldn’t have done more for us. Wir haben mit 2 Familien (4 Erwachsene und 5 Kinder von 2-12) zwei wunderbare Wochen in Nin verbracht. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, super ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und durch die Klimaanlage lies es sich trotz Hitze gut schlafen. Der Pool und das Grundstück sind ebenfalls sehr gepflegt und sauber. Roza ist eine wunderbare, herzliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, die sich kümmert und mit Rat und Tipps zur Verfügung steht, wenn man das möchte. Vielen Dank nochmal dafür. Das Ferienhaus liegt etwas am Rande von Nin an einer Straße. Durch die Umzäunung sind Kinder trotzdem sicher aufgehoben.

Lovely & esthetic place near Nin
Beautiful house with very esthetic furnishing and intelligent room splitting. It is very well equipet-there is nothing missing whether in the kitchen nor in the bathroom! We also loved to use the grill place in the evening. During the day the pool and the green area were perfect to cool down and to play football or enjoying our morning yoga. The ways to the sea, to lovely village Nin, to the bakery, to the fruit & vegetable market & the supermarket are very near. The best was host Ruza & her husband who are very kind and helpful at anytime!

Wir haben in Juli 2022 unseren Urlaub zusammen mit meine Schwester und ihre Familie in Villa Rose verbracht. Wir waren einfach begeistert von dem wunderschönem Haus, Gastfreundschaft der Gastfamilie, Pool und eigentlich von allem. Das Haus war super sauber, schön dekoriert, gut ausgestattet, alles war genauso wie auf den Bildern. Die Besitzer des Hauses Ruža und ihr Mann sehr nette und liebe Menschen, die sich stets bemüht haben und waren immer für uns da ob das saubere Wäsche oder Ausflugmöglichkeiten, Tipps für Restaurants oder Geschäfte waren. Sie haben uns auch Bootsverleih von dem Bruder empfohlen und wir waren sehr zufrieden mit ihm. Wir werden die Villa Rose gerne noch mal besuchen und weiter empfehlen. Pozitivno: Vlasnici su nas predivno dočekali i bili tu za svako pitanje. Kuća je imala lijepu dekoraciju i bazen je bio za desetku. Klima u svakoj sobi. Kupaonice su bile super isto. Negativno: U sobama nisu bile roletine. Za cijenu koju smo platili to nije bilo ok. Svjetlo nas je budilo svako jutro u 6h15.. I previše buke pokraj kuće. Nemoguće pročitati knjigu pokraj bazena u tišinu.

Ruza and her husband provided us with a pristine villa which we thoroughly enjoyed for our week away. She was flexible and on site once we landed in Zadar and got to the villa. A quick but thorough tour and always available throughout the week via a quick text if we had any questions or needed anything. The villa was amazing and very practical for groups/families. The pool is mildly heated so beautiful during the day and good for evening swimming. Amenities are all good with the washing machine coming in handy. 8no lovely deck chairs around the pool. And a simple garden area for games/activities. We espeically loved the two bathrooms which have lovely showers and on top a heated shower outside by the pool. Location a short walk to the main town in nin. No taxi needed and a beautiful walk along the lagoon. Parking easily allows two cars for larger groups. Absolute 11/10. Not a thing went wrong. Will highly recommend.

Sehr tolle und saubere Villa!
Eine sehr tolle und saubere Villa und hatte alles was man braucht.(Z.B. Seifen, WC-Papier, Waschmittel,Kaffeemaschine, ..) Die Lage ist sehr gut. Restaurant, Supermarkt ist in der nähe. Obwohl es windig war konnten wir ins Pool rein. Eine sehr sehr nette Gastgeber. Wir kommen gerne wieder. :)

Diese Villa lässt keine Wünsche offen. Einfach perfekt. Wunderschöner Pool (warm), nicht weit zum Meer und Zadar ist auch in der Nähe. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich - wir wurden sogar mit einer Jause empfangen. Im Haus ist wirklich alles da (Geschirrspültabs, Waschpulver, Gelsenstecker,...) Die Kinder konnten im Garten spielen. Wir kommen wieder!!!!

Vom ersten bis zum letzten Tag perfekt!
Wir konnten am Anreisetag bereits um 13.00 Uhr einchecken, da die letzten Gäste früher abgereist waren. Der Empfang durch die Eigentümer war mehr als herzlich - sie sind extrem um ihre Gäste bemüht. Im Kühlschrank wartete bereits eine kalte Platte und Getränke auf uns - vielen Dank noch einmal dafür. Das Haus ist neu und sehr sauber - es wird erst seit 2020 vermietet. Die Einrichtung ist supermodern und geschmackvoll und die Villa bietet mit 4 Schlafzimmern, 2 Bädern und einer extra Toilette Platz für 8 Personen. Es ist wirklich alles da was man braucht und wenn etwas fehlt genügt eine kurze Nachricht an Ruzica und sie kümmert sich darum. Wir erhielten sogar eine gratis Parkkarte für Nin, da die Parkgebühren dort relativ hoch sind. Der Pool ist großartig und lädt mit 27 Grad auch noch im September zum Baden ein. Es gibt ausreichend Liegen, eine Solardusche und schöne Terrassenmöbel. Wir haben einen wunderbaren, privaten Urlaub in der Villa Rose verbracht und kommen nächstes Jahr auf alle Fälle wieder. Eine Empfehlung ging bereits an alle Familienmitglieder und Freunde. Die für unseren Verhältnisse relativ lange Fahrtzeit von 7 Stunden zahlt sich jedenfalls aus! Vielen Dank für die nette Verabschiedung und das Geschenk bei der Abreise. Wir wünschen euch alles Liebe und senden Grüße aus Österreich. Sandra und Herbert

Wonderful place to stay
We had a very nice stay at the beautiful Villa Rose in Nin and will be back for Shure! The villa is very modern, clean, has very comfortable beds and everything you need for a great vacation. The heated pool is very clean and perfect to cool off on hot summer days. In the kitchen and the outdoor BBQ grill you can prepare wonderful meals indoors and outdoors. The hosts were extremely friendly, always available for questions and we got a very nice welcome present. Nin was only a 5-10 minute walk and the beautiful sandy beach only 5 minutes by car and the 2 free parking vouchers we got let us park for free anywhere in Nin. We can only recommend Villa Rose!

This villa is an absolute dream. Very modern and lovingly decorated, clean, spacious layout, large pool and a great outdoor area with barbecue and enough space for a large dining group. We were 10 people in this villa and had enough space. The owner was kind enough to add two extra beds with blankets and pillows. The hosts were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They were always available to answer questions. We were thrilled and would rent this villa again and again. This was by far the nicest accommodation we have ever had. I can only recommend it. We will definitely visit this gorgeous villa again.

We received a very warm welcome from Ruža (welcome whiskey and typical croatian pršut with cheese) and were very impressed by the extremely clean house. Wir haben uns vom 22.05.2021 bis 29.05.2021 das Haus mit einer befreundeten Familie und unseren kleinen Kindern geteilt. Der beheizte Pool war für die Kinder, da wir Ende Mai da waren, ein Traum. Das Grundstück ist komplett umzäunt und für die Kinde sicher und bietet zugleich einen schönen Sichtschutz. Die Gastgeber sind äußerst freundlich, hilfsbereit und für alle Fragen erreichbar. Das Haus ist nicht nur neu und besonders schön eingerichtet, sondern auch mit wirklich jeder Kleinigkeit ausgestattet und man muss sich nicht selber bei der Ankunft darum kümmern z.B. Zucker, Salz, Öl, einfach alles. Wir haben den wunderschönen Grill oft genutzt und in Poolnähe und bei wechselnder Farbbeleuchtung den Abend genossen. Abendessen und Ausflüge nach Zadar mit der schönen Altstadt sind aufgrund der Nähe mit dem Auto schnell erreichbar. Aufgrund der 4 Zimmer und 3 Bäder auch für zwei Familien mit Kindern ideal geeignet. *****

Beautiful villa
Villa Rose is a beautiful villa and perfectly situated a short walk from town. We are a family of 8 who has the most incredible time staying here. The villa is very well equipped with everything you need. There were dishwasher tablets, washing powder and condiments already there saving the need to buy the basics. The beds are sooo comfortable and the villa was spotlessly clean. Inside, the bedrooms are spacious and the main kitchen/living area is perfect for a large family. The pool is amazing and where we spent most of our time, our youngest two children actually spent 12 hours in there on one day! There are lots of restaurants, souvenir shops and bars a 15 minute walk away. The food was really good. Local beaches are fantastic also with lots of water sports available. Ruza is an amazing host and was always available to answer questions. She gave us some great advice on which beaches and restaurants to go to. She really takes a lot of pride in her villa and making sure her guests enjoy themselves. We absolutely loved staying here and will definitely come back, thank you Ruza...!!

Das Haus sieht live aus wie auf den Fotos! Es ist wunderschön! Sauber, gepflegt und sehr schön eingerichtet. Der Außenbereich ist auch sehr schön und gepflegt! Pool ist sauber. Wir waren 3 Familien mit Kindern im Juli eine Woche, wir haben es wirklich genossen und den Kindern hat es Spaß gemacht. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Das Stadtzentrum ist zu Fuß in 5 Minuten erreichbar, der Strand auch so ca. Wir vergeben 5 Sterne fürs Haus, Sauberkeit, Gastfreundlichkeit, alles insgesamt war perfekt! Danke!

VILLA, HOSTS, LOCATION – PERFECT! We had wonderful two weeks in the house with our friends (4 adults and three children)! The location of the house was perfect for us. Located just outside the city, away from the hustle and bustle. Everything in the immediate vicinity - sights, shops and beaches. The equipment of the house leaves nothing to be desired, modern, very clean and perfectly designed. Our children didn't lack - warm pool water and play equipment. The hosts are very nice, courteous and always available. They fulfilled all our wishes and we thank them for the great time!

A vacation to remember! Starting from salt and dish washer detergant in the kitchen to high speed WiFi. Sat -TV in all bed rooms. Everything well thought off and perfectly prepared. Not to forget the free parking vocher to park anywhere in the pitoresque City of Nin. Great hosts who truly care. Air conditoining works perfectly and spacious bathrooms. Comfortable beds to find relaxing sleep. The Pool is perfectly clean and refreshing. A Place to come back to. Thumbs up to Villa Rose!

We spent a wonderful time here.
We were the first visitors of this great villa. We spent a wonderful time here. The villa is very nice and modernly furnished. Especially the heated pool in the outdoor area was very nice for all of us. We felt super comfortable in this great house and enjoyed our vacation. The owners of the Villa are extremly helpful and kind persons, they helped us a lot from the beginning until the departure. Thanks for everything !! Also the whole area around the city of Nin is definitely worth a visit. We'd love to come back here some day.
