Vaš boravak u Villa Salis

Luksuzna vila Salis  smještena je direktno na moru s prekrasnim pogledom na Jadransko more. Kuća se nalazi u srcu Dalmacije, u mjestu Sukošan te je samo 5 m udaljena od kamene i pješčane plaže.

Vila u svojih 425 m2 nudi mjesto za osam osoba te se sastoji od četiri spavaće sobe, prekrasno uređenog dnevnog boravka, moderno opremljene kuhinje, dvije blagovaonice, dvije kupaone i jednog odvojenog toaleta. U prizemlju se nalazi prostrani dnevni boravak sa pogledom na more, kuhinja i dvije blagovaonice sa kaminom, praonica rublja, ostava za cipele, ostava za hranu, i odvojeni wc. Prvi kat se sastoji od četiri spavaće sobe, od toga tri sa terasom i jedna sa privatnom kupaonicom, radne sobe te kupaone. Vila je potpuno ograđena i nudi osam ležaljki, četiri privatna parkinga te unutarnji roštilj.

Ukoliko se odlučite za ovu luksuzno i prvoklasno uređenu vilu, moći ćete uživati u nezaboravnom godišnjem odmoru direktno uz more u mediteranskom mjestu Sukošanu  u kojem se nalazi i najveća marina na jadranu „D-Marin“, koja se smjestila u prirodnoj sukošanskoj uvali „Zlatna luka“ te je danas atraktivni nautičko – turistički punkt. Osim toga bit će te samo 7 km udaljeni od prekrasnog grada Zadra, koji je 2016. osvojio titulu najbolje europske destinacije, te je poznat po svojim morskim orguljama i pozdravu suncu. Pored toga imat ćete priliku upoznati i druge bogate sadržaje, kulturu i znamenitosti kao i vrhunske restorane ovog prelijepog grada, drugog po veličini u Dalmaciji.

Dream come true!!
Villa Salis is simply a dream come true!!! It's not like the photos, it's even better!!! Davor welcomed us very nicely and as he showed us the villa, I just couldn't believe it. Cleanliness 10+ Tidiness 10+ First of all my wife and I are extremely fussy about cleanliness. We really look after everything. There was really nothing to criticise here. The highlight is clearly the location directly on the sea with a fantastic view. There were a maximum of 5-6 families on the beach, no more. For our daughter, the entrance to the sea was a dream. 50-70m long, it is still knee-deep. But one thing is clear: if you want a party or crowded beaches, this is not the place for you. We love the peace and quiet and for us it was just perfect. If I had to look for suggestions for improvement, I would find it very difficult. If we had to, we would maybe change the pans and recommend coated pans, which are easier to clean. But that's complaining at an extremely high level :) Otherwise, there is nothing lacking in utensils!!! The hosts really thought of EVERYTHING!!! On top of this perfect villa, Davor the host is an incredibly nice likeable guy. On the first day we already received a "welcome gift" from him and on the second day too. Thank you Davor and stay as you are!!! I already told my wife that I would like to spend my whole life in Villa Salis :) But at least now I have nowhere else to go on holiday. Fantastic villa with an outstanding host
We had an outstanding experience with Davor and his villa. The villa is spacious and luxurious and offers many amenities, especially for families. It's directly at the beach, so you won't really need a pool. Even better than the Villa was the host Davor - he helped us wherever he could, got great fish, meat, mussels, wine and olive oil for us and was extremely communicative and helpful throughout the whole time of our stay. We can wholeheartedly recommend staying at Villa Salis and might even come back some time! Thanks Davor!

We had a wonderful stay at Vila Salis. The property is located in a super nice village, only a few minutes drive to Zadar centre. Davor is a great host and he always took his time to provide us with informations about leisure activities and places to see. The Vila is a dream come true, just right in front of the beach and equipped with all the amenities like washer, dryer, iron board, big kitchen area with another barbecue spot to prepare. The piano was a highlight for our daughter :) The rooms are spacious and super clean! We had a wonderful stay and will definitely come back. Many thanks to Davor and his family.

sterne haus die villa salis mit einem atemberaubenden meerblick ist uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen. das haus liegt direkt am nahezu einsamen strand (kies und glasklares wasser) und bietet auf ganzer linie allerhöchsten komfort. die betten sind erstklassig inkl. bettwäsche (keine billigware), wunderbare hochwertige ausstattung in der küche (zig küchenmaschinen, überdimensionaler kühlschrank, hauswirtschaftsraum mit waschmaschine und trockner), super geschmackvolle einrichtung und alles, wirklich alles (ob innen oder außen) topp gepflegt und sauber. das ganze wird gekrönt durch den mega sympathischen eigentümer, der unfassbar hilfsbereit ist und uns in der not sofort einen ausweg vermittelt hat, obgleich wir schon ausgecheckt und stunden unterwegs gewesen sind …danke lieber davor für diesen besonderen unvergesslichen aufenthalt in ihrem wunderschönen haus, ihre 100%igen restauranttipps und ihre schnelle und unkomplizierte hilfreiche vermittelte lösung…was hätten wir bloß ohne sie gemacht? wir werden auf jeden fall wiederkommen!

A very modern and large villa, located directly on the beach (stony). The house is equipped with high quality modern furniture. The rooms are very large and bright. The beds are very comfortable and big. There is no need to worry about the garden. In the front garden there is the possibility to harvest homegrown vegetables! The landlord is super friendly and helpful. We could contact him with any request. We communicated in German or English - both worked very well. In addition, "Davor" is a cook in a restaurant / bar that is about 10 - 15 minutes walk away. The food and the drinks are very delicious and recommendable. The view, especially in the evening is beautiful. In summary, it was a very nice stay.

Es war ein wahrer Glücksgriff Villa Salis für unseren 2-wöchigen Urlaub, mit 4 Erwachsenen und einem Baby, im Juni 2021 gewählt zu haben. Ein perfekter Ort, eine tolle Villa, moderner Stil, der unseren Geschmack 100% trifft. Die Einrichtung ist modern, geschmackvoll und zugleich sehr gemütlich. Das gesamte Haus, samt Gartenanlage vermittelt einem ein Gefühl des Wohlfühlens. Bestens ausgestattet für alle Bedürfnisse eines angenehmen Urlaubs, bietet die Villa alles. Großzüge Wohn- und Schlafbereiche mit Terrassen bieten viel Freiraum für jeden. Voll ausgestattete Küche, Mehrere Koch/Grillgelegenheiten. Sehr geschätzt haben wir den großen Vorrat an Badetüchern und Bettwäsche. Die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt, direkt am Strand, und der Stand verläuft lange sehr flach ohne tief zu werden. Die Besitzer haben uns gestattet die Erdbeeren zu pflücken, welche wir dann für Nachspeisen verarbeitet haben. Die Eigentümer Davor und Katharina haben uns sehr freundlich empfangen, und uns während des Aufenthaltes alles getan, damit wir uns wohlfühlen. Danke dafür, es war super. beide betreiben unweit am Strand ein Restaurant, in dem wir das eine oder andere mal am Abend erstklassiges Essen serviert bekommen haben. Wunderschöne Unterkunft direkt am Meer
Das Haus ist einfach perfekt. Hochwertig eIngerichtet und sehr geschmackvoll. Nach ein paar Schritten ist man am Meer. Der Gastgeber Davor ist sehr hilfsbereit und kümmert sich um alles. Für uns hat er auch einen Ausflug mit einem Boot und Skipper in das nahe gelegene Naturschutzgebiet organisiert, was für uns ein einmaliges Erlebnis war. Ein Besuch in seinem Restaurant lohnt sich auch auf alle Fälle, das Essen ist der Hammer. Alles in allem eine perfekte Unterkunft für einen entspannten Urlaub. 5 Sterne.

Wir haben eine bezaubernde Woche in der Villa Salis genossen. Wir sind eine Patchworkfamilie mit 8 Personen ;-) Jeder von uns hatte Platz! Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll und mit ganz viel Liebe eingerichtet - alles ist da. Sogar eine täglich frische Tomatenernte vom angrenzenden Garten durften wir genießen. Davor ist ein sehr großzügiger wundervoller Gastgeber, der immer erreichbar und offen für Fragen ist. Sein Restaurant (5 Minuten fußläufig entfernt) empfehlen wir von ganzem Herzen - auch dieses ist ebenfalls direkt am Meer. Toller Fisch, toller Wein, tolle Menschen. Auf ein baldiges Wiedersehen freuen wir uns sehr.

Perfect stay in Villa Salis
We had the honour to be the 1st ones who rented the Villa Salis. The owner Davor & Katharina welcomed us better than we could dream. If you see Davor & Katharina you immediately understand why they have built this amazing villa. They stand for high quality and excellent service. No matter what you need to have a wonderful journey, it's either available in the Villa Salis, and if not, Davor & Katharina make sure you'll get it. Davor helped us with scooter rental, taxi-service, specials wines & drinks, towels, ..., we also tasted the wonderful cake made by Katharina and the self-made red wine was perfect. The location is also perfect. Bakeries and local sellers of vegetables & fresh fruit are at walking distance. However, we advise to rent a scooter, which makes it very easy. Just outside there's a new beach. Each morning I made my morning swim in the sea, and took a shower outside the villa. During the day, children can play in the shallow water (more than 50m not deeper than 30cm) where it's safe for children. For people who like to cook, the amazing kitchen has everything you need. There's also a nice grill in the 2nd kitchen and we were spoiled by Davor who arranged each day fresh fish or meat to put on the grill. Don't buy in Zadar, but ask Davor. Davor owns also a nice bar/restaurant at 10 min. walking. It's called Bar Barbir in Sukosan. https://www.facebook.com/CocktailBarBarbir/ A great place to stay during the day or night. Children can swim in the protected area, or rent a jetski just in front, while you taste the amazing burgers or pizza, all with original italian ingredients. You get it served with a big smil from Davor's crew. We thank Davor & Katharina for their warm hospitality, because they gave our wonderful holiday an extra touch that I would even give 6 stars, but unfortunately 5 stars is the max we can give.
