Vaš boravak u Villa Salute

U centru slikovitog i živopisnog istarskog gradića Višnjanu nalazi se Villa Salute. Udaljena 7 km od mora ova vila je savršeno mjesto za ljubitelje tradicije i bogatog turističkog programa .

Vila Salute može u svojih 350 m2 primiti 12 osoba u 5 prostranih i skladno uređenih spavaćih soba, uz koje se veže 5 kupaonica s kadom i tuš kabinom. U prizemlju se nalazi potpuno opremljena kuhinja s blagovaonicom u koju se može smjestiti 12 osoba, i dnevni boravak kojeg krasi klavir i kamin oko kojeg se nalaze sofa za okupljanje obitelji ili prijatelja. U dvorištu vile , okružen s 10 ležaljki, se nalazi prekrasni bazen od 60m2 s jacuzzi pumpama, vanjski roštilj , kuhinja i kamin. U sklopu dvorišta se također nalazi posebna prostorija sa saunom i tuš kabinom. Od zabavnih sadržaja u vili se nalazi stolni tenis, stolni nogomet, bicikl, sauna i dječje igralište.

Gastronomska ponuda grada Višnjana i njegovih vinskih podruma i konoba, bogata je kvalitetnim lokalnim specijalitetima i plodovima mora. Višnjan će Vas osvojiti svojom romantičnim večerima u bogatoj ljetnoj ponudi glazbenih koncerata, filmskih projekcija, fešta i sajmova.

We were very pleased with Villa Salute. A beautiful house with a very nice garden and pool (that could be warmer). The only draw back is that the streets around need a bit of restoration too. That said the little village is charming and it has an OK restaurant only a hundred meters away. There is also a baker and a mini-markets.

nice house that is like photos and that meets most expectations. provided some minor adjustments it would be worth a 5 star! but now certainly 4. had a quiet and pleasant pleasant stay. pool man deserves a little extra very friendly gentleman. more than satisfied with the interaction between owner and luxury rent! booked back with them already for next year.

The agency, the manager Caroline and above all the villa Salute itself provided a nearly perfect experience. Villa Salute is located in the very centre of Visnjan, walking distance to bakery, shop and perfect restaurant Borgonja (truffles and meat dishes ). The house itself and the furniture are just first-class-level. We will come back!!!

Wij komen al meerdere jaren naar het dorp waar villa Salute staat. Prachtige villa in het hart van het dorpje met bakker , slager en resto direct om de hoek. Dit jaar wel meer straatlawaai. Er waren wegenwerken iets verderop. Het onthaal was zoals steeds heel aangenaam. We kennen ondertussen Caroline al enkele jaren. Er was wel een probleem met de buitenverlichting die niet werkte wat jammer was voor de sfeer en de gezelligheid s avonds en voor de oma s gevaarlijk om naar binnen te gaan in het donker. In de keuken staan 3 braadpannen voor de inductiekookplaat maar er er is maar 1 die erop werkt 🫣, sommige stopcontacten zijn wat gevaarlijk, kortom allemaal kleine dingen die eigelijk makkelijk op te lossen zijn.

Wonderful house, busy road
We stayed at Villa Salute for 2 weeks with 2 families with teenagers. The house is beautifully restored. Each room having its own bathroom is a big plus. Kitchen is well equiped. The garden is lovely with a well sized swimingpool, outdoor dining area and enough sunbeds for 10 people. Visnjan is a cute little town with a few shops for everyday groceries, special mention for the butcher and the fruit and vegetable stand across the studenac . The location is a great starting point to visit lots of Istrian towns and villages and the beaches of Porec and Funtana. We had some issues with the air conditioning not being able tot cool the house enough. We needed to run it 24/7 so it would cool the house down to 25 degrees , which is quite warm to sleep in. The biggest downside for us was the road in front of the house. It's a very busy road, also used by heavy traffic and people are driving like crazy as they go downhill. So when you're in the garden or sleeping with an open window its very noisy. You do get used to it a bit, but if you're looking for a quiet place this house is not the one for you. We did have a wonderful time though as the place itself and the location are wonderful.

Odlična vila, lepo urejena notranjost in zunanjost. Kuhinja, jedilnica in dnevni prostor primeren za druzenje vec ljudi. Pohvaliti moramo tudi prijazno in ustrežljivo skrbnico vile, ter lastnika vile. Zelo zadovoljni.
