Vaš boravak u Villa San

Sv.Filip i Jakov maleno je dalmatinsko mjesto smješteno nedaleko od grada Biograda na Moru i idealna destinacija za odmor i privremeni bijeg od stresa i užurbanog načina života. U tom malenom mjestu nalazi se prekrasna, novoizgrađena Villa San. 

U 250 m2 šarmantno uređenih kvadrata optimalno će se smjestiti osam te maksimalno do deset osoba koje će na raspolaganju imati četiri prelijepe spavaće sobe, od kojih su tri sobe s bračnim krevetima, a u četvrtoj su 2 kreveta (200 x 100) i 2 kreveta (190x100). Uz dodatni kauč na razvlačenje po potrebi, vila sadrži i tri prostrane kupaonice i jedan odvojeni toalet. Predivna moderna potpuno opremljena kuhinja, prostrana blagovaonica i dnevni boravak s kaminom zajamčit će vam odmor i udobnost u toploj atmosferi doma. Iz dnevnog dijela izlazi se na predivnu terasu opremljenu vanjskim roštiljem, blagovaonskim setom , lounge garniturom, te ljuljačkom s koje možete uživati u fantastičnom pogledu na Jadransko more i otoke. Cijeli prostor potpuno je klimatiziran te nudi sav komfor moderne tehnologije kako bi vaš odmor bio potpuno bezbrižan i opušten.

Na potpuno ograđenom dvorištu na raspolaganju vam je lijepi bazen sa slapom i opcijom grijanja, te ležaljke za hedonističko ljenčarenje pod mediteranskim suncem. Najmlađi će uživati u dječjem igralištu ili stolnom nogometu, a za one koji tijekom odmora žele ostati u dobroj formi, na raspolaganju je dobro opremljena teretana i sauna. Sv.Filip i Jakov idealno je smješten na samo 20 kilometara od grada Zadra, zračne luke, te savršena polazišna točka za posjet brojne prirodne atrakcije kao što su nacionalni parkovi Kornati, Slapovi Krke, Plitvička jezera te brojne druge prirodne ljepote Dalmacije i Like.

Location- Sveti Filip i Jakov is a realy small town but You can find there many restaurants, beaches and a lot od markets. Me and my family are recomend this place:)

Wunderschönes Haus in sehr guter Lage
Wir (2 Erwachsene, 1 Jugendlicher, 1 Hund) haben in diesem wunderschönen Haus zwei perfekte Urlaubswochen verbracht. Das Haus ist toll ausgestattet. Es fehlt an nichts. Die Lage ist ebenfalls sehr gut. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

We have a very good time in Villa San. We are two families (4 adults, 6 children). Villa has own and clean swimming pool and Villa is also relatively close to the sea, it is possible to reach the beach by walk (up to 1km - 10-15 minutes). Accommodation is perfect, clean, large and space, aircondition in all rooms, great view over the sea, gym, table football, sauna, relax room. In village and along the sea you have everything what you need - restaurants, ice creams, pizza, beach bars. 300m from accommodation is small market, Lidl & Kaufland are in Biograd (3km from accommodation). In Biograd you can find also another shoping center (f.e. with Intersport and other shops).

The house is well designed and maintained with modern amenities. We really enjoyed the well-equipped kitchen, which includes good chefs knives and a wine cooler. The airconditioning units are modern and perform well. Sometimes in Croatia we've experienced older units that make noise or don't cool suffuciently, this was no issue here. The sauna and pool are both modern and well-maintained, the sauna heats quickly, and the pool has good filtration and a heatpump system that keeps the water at a comfortable temperature. The service we received was very good, Mateo helped us with anything we needed and was very responsive on Whatsapp. We had a great experience in this house and with the rental agency and would recommend this house to anyone who enjoys a house that has character but also provides high-quality amenities.

Im Inneren der Villa top moderne Möbel, alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Im Kellergeschoss eine Sauna mit großem Ruheraum zum chillen, Fitnessraum. Der Grundriss der Villa ist sehr durchdacht & großzügig. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein Bad (mit Fußbodenheizung) en suite. Wir haben in der Villa 3 Wochen als Lockdown Flüchtlinge verbracht. Wir konnten von dort aus wunderbar arbeiten, mit Meerblick und mediterranem Klima. Kann man nur weiter empfehlen, TOP TOP TOP!
