Wunderschöner Urlaub

Transfer vom Flughafen und Empfang war super, der Sohn der Familie hat uns zum Haus begleitet und alles erklärt. Der Kühlschrank war bereits gefüllt, die Einkaufsliste hatten wir vorab geschickt. Das Haus und die Ausstattung sind top. Alles sauber und ordentlich. Kleines Manko: 2 Zimmer sind sehr klein, wenn man zu zweit dort schlafen möchte. Ausziehbett gibt es zwar, aber dann geht die Tür nicht mehr auf. Es ist also besser, diese 2 Zimmer als Einzelzimmer zu nutzen. Top: Es war Babybett, Hochstuhl und sogar Lätzchen vorhanden. Der Garten ist ein Paradies, wunderschön angelegt und die frischen Kräuter haben wir genossen. Der Grill ist groß und Holz genug da. Wir haben Volleyball und Fußball gespielt, was uns großen Spaß gemacht hat. Der Pool ist ein Traum! Allerdings waren nicht genug Liegen vorhanden, mit 2 Loungesitzgruppen jedoch ok. Wenn man dieses Haus bucht, muss man wissen, dass es nur 2 kleine Läden auf der Insel gibt. Deshalb rate ich den Einkaufsservice in Anspruch zu nehmen. Auch ist ein Auto anzuraten, da das Haus auf einem Hügel liegt, man kann zwar nach Sudurad laufen, aber wenn man was einkaufen möchte oder ans andere Ende der Insel möchte, ist es einfach bequemer. Buchung und Kommunikation war top! Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Urlaub und können die Villa für eine große Gruppe nur empfehlen.

We have just come back from the most amazing holiday in Villa Stella Maris. Everything went so smoothly, and our host was very helpful throughout the week. They could book everything from airport transfer to chef dinners at the villa. The terrace was fantastic, and that´s where we spent most evenings. Of course the pool was lovely throughout the day with perfectly warm water temperature, very much appreciated by the ladies in the family 😉 The children of course hardly left the pool all week, and if so, just to run up to the football field and play. No need to watch out for traffic! The area is so peaceful and quiet, with just the sounds from the nature. The scenery and views from the gardens is spectacular! All in all, we loved our holiday! Would love to return one day. A special thanks to our hosts!

Excellent family villa

Myself and my family had a wonderful stay at Stella Maris villa. This is a beautiful well equipped villa and the gardens are sublime. Our children were in heaven with the basketball and soccer pitch and of course the pool. There are so many spots around the garden to find shade and a beautiful view. Peter and Željka were incredibly helpful through our stay dealing with any problems efficiently and giving us loads of suggestions of places to see and things to do. The island is very rural and peaceful and you feel like you’ve gone back in time yet it has many easy connections to other islands and the mainland . A truly wonderful holiday in Croatia.

Amazing place

Truly amazing house and island, we loved Sipan island from our sailing trip stopover, and enjoyed it even more by spending a week in there. Great house, quiet and private place, great pool and even football pitch with artificial grass, perfect for footbal in the evenings... House is perfect for bigger families and friends gatherings, great is also the support from the owners, in terms of helping arraning activities, boat trips etc. Sipan is quiet, but beatifull island with good vibes, dont miss climbing up the hill from the house (7 min walk) to a view point with the Church, lovely sunset place, eatingwise dont miss Bowa and Tauris... or hire a local chef... can fully recommend it.

Great House on Šipan

The property had everything we needed. Including balls for the football pitch and basketball. Flood lighting so the children could play in the evenings. The pool is fabulous nice and big and well maintained. Simun was a very good manager and answered all our questions and arranged our transfers and chef. The location is a short but steep stroll to the harbour. We hired a boat for the day from Dubrovnik boats this all went smoothly. The small shop in the harbour has the essentials. A fabulous holiday destination.

Can’t find better vacation

Can’t find better vacation. After looking long time for finding the right trip in Italy or Spain we went to Croatia, Stella Maris on Šipan. Better than pictures and right in too dreamlife! We went for the most relaxing, best vacation ever. Whith the the best service thanks to the great hosts. The children got their own basket and fotboll court. Best trip for people who want to go far from stress.

So Happy I picked this place!!!

This villa was incredible!!! Not only did the villa comfortably fit all 13 of us, the location was ideal and the views were stunning. The staff helped us plan all of our excursions and they knew of all the best places for the best prices. We went snorkeling, island hoping, jet skiing, took the ferry to Dubrovnik for a day, and spent time at the beautiful local beaches. Everything was arranged for us so we didn't have to worry about planning during our vacation, which took a lot of stress away. For dinner we chose to eat at the villa using the private chef who was very accommodating to our dietary needs and the food was local and incredible, we recommend the fish! On days when we stayed at the villa we held soccer and basketball tournaments on the fields and swam in the pool (the kids were not the only ones that enjoyed this). The owners and their staff were very helpful with planning our activities, they were always available to drive us when needed, and kept their phones on them at all times incase we needed their assistance. We truly felt like valued guests and would love to return some day.

Fantastic Villa

As nice as the pictures. In addition, some exercise when going down to the harbor to shop / eat; ) For those who do not like to go, the recommendation is to rent a car. We had a fantastic week no matter:) Large nice and well-planned spaces helped to meet everyone together (we were 3 families and 13 people) and find space for themselves whenever desired. Nice soccer field (3 to 3) and basketball court (both planes with high fence around).
