Villa Stella Maris je tradicionalna dalmatinska vila, idealno smještena ispod prekrasnog vidikovca, na drugom najvišem brdu otoka te pruža savršenu privatnost, mir i opuštanje daleko od gradske buke i svakodnevnog života. Vila nudi jedinstven osjećaj relaksacije. Nalazi se na zemljištu od 10500 m2 okruženom prekrasnom prirodom, uključujući i 6000 m2 velikog polja maslina, vrtom s domaćim sezonskim voćem i povrćem te nevjerojatnom zelenom površinom koja pokriva cijelo područje oko kuće. Možete provesti slobodno vrijeme igrajući košarku ili nogomet na privatnom igralištu kraj vile, osvježiti se ​​u velikom bazenu ili pripremati hranu na vanjskom roštilju sa svojom obitelji i prijateljima.

 Kako bi Vaš dolazak do vile Stella Maris protekao što ugodnije, uz dodatni trošak, u ponudi je organizacija transfera od zračne luke Dubrovnik do vile na otoku Šipanu u trajanju od sat vremena.

  Sam interijer vile ima 400 m2 i sastoji se od 6 spavaćih soba i 5 kupaonica. Svaki kat ima odvojeni dnevni boravak s pomoćnim ležajevima za 4 dodatne osobe i vlastitom terasom s prekrasnim pogledom na cijelo vanjsko područje i okolnu prirodu. U prizemlju se također nalazi potpuno opremljena kuhinja s velikom blagovaonicom. Vila je izgrađena na mjestu starog mlina za masline dok je cijelo imanje je ograđeno predivnim kamenim zidom. Dopustite si ovo jedinstveno iskustvo i provedite svoj odmor u ovoj nevjerojatnoj vili koja nudi samo mir i opuštanje.

 Želite li svoj odmor započeti bez žurbe i stresa, možete iznajmiti katamaran uz prethodnu najavu po posebnoj cijeni. U ponudi su također mono-volumen automobil,  dnevna dostava hrane u Villu te organizacija lokalnog vodičai izleta na obližnje otoke.

Of course the pool was lovely throughout the day with perfectly warm water temperature, very much appreciated by the ladies in the family 😉 The children of course hardly left the pool all week, and if so, just to run up to the football field and play. No need to watch out for traffic! The area is so peaceful and quiet, with just the sounds from the nature. The scenery and views from the gardens is spectacular! All in all, we loved our holiday! Would love to return one day. A special thanks to our hosts!

Our children were in heaven with the basketball and soccer pitch and of course the pool. There are so many spots around the garden to find shade and a beautiful view. Peter and Željka were incredibly helpful through our stay dealing with any problems efficiently and giving us loads of suggestions of places to see and things to do. The island is very rural and peaceful and you feel like you’ve gone back in time yet it has many easy connections to other islands and the mainland . A truly wonderful holiday in Croatia.

Truly amazing house and island, we loved Sipan island from our sailing trip stopover, and enjoyed it even more by spending a week in there. Great house, quiet and private place, great pool and even football pitch with artificial grass, perfect for footbal in the evenings... House is perfect for bigger families and friends gatherings, great is also the support from the owners, in terms of helping arraning activities, boat trips etc. Sipan is quiet, but beatifull island with good vibes, dont miss climbing up the hill from the house (7 min walk) to a view point with the Church, lovely sunset place, eatingwise dont miss Bowa and Tauris... or hire a local chef... can fully recommend it.

Can’t find better vacation
Can’t find better vacation. After looking long time for finding the right trip in Italy or Spain we went to Croatia, Stella Maris on Šipan. Better than pictures and right in too dreamlife! We went for the most relaxing,  best vacation ever. Whith the the best service  thanks to the great  hosts. The children got their own basket and fotboll court.   Best trip for people who want to go far from stress.

So Happy I picked this place!!!
This villa was incredible!!! Not only did the villa comfortably fit all 13 of us, the location was ideal and the views were stunning. The staff helped us plan all of our excursions and they knew of all the best places for the best prices. We went snorkeling, island hoping, jet skiing, took the ferry to Dubrovnik for a day, and spent time at the beautiful local beaches. Everything was arranged for us so we didn't have to worry about planning during our vacation, which took a lot of stress away. For dinner we chose to eat at the villa using the private chef who was very accommodating to our dietary needs and the food was local and incredible, we recommend the fish! On days when we stayed at the villa we held soccer and basketball tournaments on the fields and swam in the pool (the kids were not the only ones that enjoyed this). The owners and their staff were very helpful with planning our activities, they were always available to drive us when needed, and kept their phones on them at all times incase we needed their assistance. We truly felt like valued guests and would love to return some day.

Fantastic Villa
As nice as the pictures. In addition, some exercise when going down to the harbor to shop / eat; ) For those who do not like to go, the recommendation is to rent a car. We had a fantastic week no matter:) Large nice and well-planned spaces helped to meet everyone together (we were 3 families and 13 people) and find space for themselves whenever desired. Nice soccer field (3 to 3) and basketball court (both planes with high fence around).
