Vaš boravak u Villa Tona

Luksuzna Villa Tona je smještena u Poličniku, samo 15 kilometara od grada Zadra. Novoizgrađena Villa Tona je smještena u mirnom predjelu, savršenom mjestu za bijeg od svakodnevnih obaveza i užurbanosti gradskog života. Vila je vrlo prostrana te može udobno smjestiti 12 gostiju. Okružena je prekrasno uređenim vrtom opremljenim roštiljem gdje možete uživati u svježe pripremljenim jelima sa svojom obitelji i prijateljima. U potpuno ograđenom dvorištu vile nalazi se lijepi 60m2 velik bazen, okružen ležaljkama za deset ljudi. Pored bazena pronaći ćete i novoizgrađeni nogometni teren s umjetnom travom. Površina vile iznosi 200m2, a nalazi se na 2000m2 velikom terenu.

Lijepa vila Tona ima pet prostranih i udobnih spavaćih soba opremljenih bračnim krevetima, a tu su i četiri potpuno opremljena kupatila s tuševima čineći vilu idealnom za 10 ljudi. Osim toga, villa Tona sadrži i dvije potpuno opremljene kuhinje, blagovaonice te dva dnevna boravka. Blagovaonica na prvom katu može smjestiti 8 ljudi, dok ona u prizemlju može smjestiti 6 ljudi. Gostima vile na raspolaganju su također i sauna kao i prostorija za igru u kojoj možete provesti mnogobrojne večeri s prijateljima i obitelji. Igraonica je opremljena biljarom, stolnim nogometom, pikadom te PlayStation 4 konzolom, svatko će pronaći nešto za sebe. 

Vila Tona gostima nudi besplatan WiFi te privatni parking. Ako se odlučite za boravak u vili Tona, ne propustite priliku posjetiti Zadar koji iz godine u godinu goste iz cijelog svijeta oduševljava svojo bogatom gastronomskom i turističkom ponudom te predivnom kulturno-povijesnom baštinom.

Super schöner Urlaub
Ich kann diese Villa nur jedem empfehlen, egal ob Familien oder junge Leute. Das Haus ist einfach der Traum, alles sauber, alles da was man nur braucht. Die küchen sind top ausgestattet, was eine Hausfrau nur braucht. Alle Räume und Bäder sind auf dem neusten Stand .Die Kinder sind hier auf Ihren Spaß gekommen. Pool wurde alle 3 Tage gesäubert, wenn man was brauchte, war die Vermieterin gleich da, eine sehr nette und zuvorkommende Frau ,die dir die wünsche erfüllt hat. Und das Beste war, sie hatte und ein Willkommensfreude gemacht, im Kühlschrank war ein Kuchen und Bier für uns bereit. Diese zwei Wochen die wir da waren ,waren wir rundum zufrieden. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Wir vergeben hierfür volle 5 Sterne!!!

Gelungener Urlaub
Wir waren eine Gruppe mit 6 Erwachsenen und 4 Kindern sowie mehreren großen Hunden. # Das Willkommen von der Hausverwalterin Katharina war sehr herzlich. Sie hat uns die Villa gezeigt und uns einen schönen Urlaub gewünscht. Im Kühlschrank war ein selbstgemachter Schokoladenkuchen. Weiterhin hat Sie uns Platten mit heimischen Köstlichkeiten für das Abendessen gebracht. Sehr lecker... Die Villa inkl. Pool und Außenbereich war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Für Hundehalter wichtig ist immer auch der hohe abgeschlossene Zaun. Hier gibt es um das gesamte Grundstück eine hohe Mauer, so dass die geliebten Vierbeiner auch mal zu Hause bleiben können. Während des Urlaubs hat Katharina sich immer um den Pool gekümmert und geschaut, dass wir neue Handtücher und Bettwäsche erhalten. Die Villa liegt in der Nähe von Zadar und ist ideal als Ausgangspunkt zur Erkundung von Dalmatien. Wir hatten tolle 3 Wochen und kommen gerne wieder. Liebe Grüße Monika Braun

Das Haus ist sauber, geräumig und der Außenbereich traumhaft. Um den großen, sehr sauberen Pool (5x 12 Meter) ein schön angelegter Garten mit Grillbereich, offener Hütte (Tischfußball, Billard, Darts) und am haus das Fußball- und Basketballfeld. Bälle sind vorhanden, die Kommunikation mit der Verwalterin problemlos und freundlich. 15 Km entfernt Zadar mit allen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, aber ein gut sortierter Supermarkt ist auch fußläufig (500m) erreichbar. Dazu Klimaanlagen, PS 5, mehrere TV, Bücher usw. Sehr gute Ausstattung der Küche! Einzig kritischer Punkt: Das Haus ist direkt an einer Hauptstraße und daher sehr viel Verkehr und entsprechend laut ist es durch die Autos. Ein toller Urlaub für Familien ist trotzdem garantiert!

Vrlo ugodni domaćini. Vila ima sve što vam treba do najsitnijih pojedinosti(pegla za kosu, super suđe i aparati, Playstation 5,netflix...) tako da se boravak u vili čini još boljim. Iako smo bili u zimskom periodu jako smo uživali na vanjskom igralištu te u sauni. Kuća se vrlo lako zagrije.Blizina trgovine, benzinske koja radi cijelu noć i prodavaonice voća i povrća preko puta vile. Sve u svemu jako smo uživali u vili. Rado ćemo se vratiti!

Villa Tona ist ein wirklich tolles Domizil. Neben der tollen Einrichtung und einer hervorragenden Ausstattung (selbst diverse Küchenvorräte und Putzmittel waren vorhanden) war auch die Betreuung durch Katarina klasse. Hier kann man es wirklich aushalten. Einzig die Strasse direkt vor dem Haus war etwas störend, weil es die Hauptverbindung nach Zadar ist und daher recht stark befahren ist. Allerdings isolieren die Fenster sehr gut, so dass man Nachts davon so gut wie nichts hörte.

Facilities at the villa very good. Great BBQ, sauna, and outside footy area well received by those interested in kicking a ball about. Air-conditioned. Huge functional parasols around the pool area. Very (very) comfy beds and great bathrooms. Very busy road but as no neighbours to consider, this noise can easily be drowned out by your poolside/evening BBQ music so really no issue. Huge beautiful pool. We would have no hesitation recommending a stay in this villa.

We were a party of 8 adults and 4 children.The villa was all we had hoped for and more.The weather was stunning all week(28/29 c),so the pool was in constant use well into the evening.The football pitch was a real bonus as our football mad kids could testify.The only downside was that when we wanted to explore the countryside we couldn't drag the kids from the villa! The host made herself available to us at all times via text or phonecall. Proximity to the airport was good(15-20 min drive) and not on the flight path.Yes, the road adjacent to the villa can get busy but this did not detract from our enjoyment of the holiday.Highly recommended.

I definitively recommend this Villa, because everyting was almost perfect. The only thing that maybe is negative is that there is a big street next to the house, but this do not really disturb.
