Ihr Aufenthalt in Villa Divina

Diese schöne Villa wurde mit Liebe  und bietet ihren Gästen einen schönen Urlaub. Der typische istrische Stil zeigt sich in vielen Details. Der traditionelle Stil, der Stein und Holz verbindet, unterstreicht besonders den architektonischen Wert der Villa. Im Übergang zwischen Innen- und Außenraum erstreckt sich eine überdachte Terrasse an der Vorderseite der Villa. Auf der Terrasse befindet sich ein Kamin, in dem Sie Gerichte vom Grill zubereiten können.

Der Innenraum ist so dekoriert und gestaltet, dass er maximalen Komfort bietet (jedes Zimmer verfügt über ein eigenes Bad). Es gibt vier Schlafzimmer in der Villa und zwei davon befinden sich im Erdgeschoss. Die Villa ist der perfekte Ort für einen ruhigen und erholsamen Urlaub, umgeben von viel Grün, sodass Sie eine starke Verbindung zur Natur spüren können. Die berühmten und malerischen Städte Pula, Rovinj, Pula und Brijuni sind nur 20 Autominuten entfernt.

Direkt neben dieser Villa Divina befindet sich die neu erbaute Villa Astarea. Zwei Villen können zusammen für größere Gruppen gemietet werden.

Divšići ist ein kleines Dorf in der Nähe der Stadt mit etwa 200 Einwohnern. Kleine traditionelle Häuser und alte lokale Straßen bieten eine wahre Erfahrung von Istrien. Sie können Ihren Urlaub zusätzlich zu den Einheimischen füllen und Wein und ausgezeichnete istrische kulinarische Köstlichkeiten anbieten. Divšići liegt etwa 20 Autominuten von Pula entfernt.

In der Nähe befinden sich zahlreiche Attraktionen: die Barba Tone Ranch, ideal für Kinder, der Glavani Adventure Park - der beste Adrenalinpark in ganz Istrien mit vielen Aktivitäten. Für Abenteurer empfehlen wir einen Besuch der Festinsko Kraljevstvo Höhle.

In Vodnjan gibt es ein kulturelles Erbe mit antiken Ruinen, die bis ins Römische Reich zurückreichen. Bei vielen Aktivitäten können Sie auch die Aussicht auf die Stadt Pula und Brijuni genießen.

The house is new, spacious, modern, very nicely furnished and well equipped. We enjoyed that each bedroom has an extra bathroom and that the porch with the big dining table is covered so you can use it during any weather. The pool was the highlight for the kids, and the big garden is ideal to play lots of different games. For adults, the hammock was a plus! The only small downside is the location, as the house is literally in the middle of nowhere. The main bigger cities are easy to reach b......

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche als Familie in diesem schönen Haus. Das Haus entspricht voll und ganz den Bildern und war eines der schönsten Ferienhäuser, die wir bisher gebucht haben. Ein versprochenes Kinderbettchen war am Anreisetag nicht vorhanden, wurde aber von der Vermieterfamilie noch am selben Tag organisiert und gebracht - vielen Dank dafür! Auch von der Agentur wurden wir sehr gut betreut und diese waren jederzeit ansprechbar. Kleiner Verbesserungsvors......

It is in the middle of nowhere so you do need a car, but equally it was wonderfully quiet and there are villages within 15minutes drive with lovely restaurants. The owners waited until late to greet us and were on hand for anything we needed. A lovely lovely holiday.

RELAXING WONDERFUL STAY
We were a party of 5 who satyed for 2 weeks July 2019. The owner was very accomdating ref handover of keys and provided heplful advice on activities in the area. We arrived to find the villa spotlessly clean and the outdoor areas also- everything very well maintained. The villa is decorated very tastefully- really co-ordinated theme throughout the house that is carried through to the outdoors and again well maintained in brand new like condition. Light and airy with more than enough room for us. As planned we spent more time outdoors and bbq and seating area are great for this with a lovely view over the pool and garden. This pool had a very good filter and pool cleaners came twice a week- so never did we have to clean out any insects. We have stayed in villas before where we have to spend an hour each morning cleaning out the insects from the pool as the pool filters were not good. We visited the Plitvice lakes while staying here and the drive is 3.5 hours but so scencic a drive and the lakes are outstanding, like a fairy tale. We also took a boat trip from Pula and enjoyed jumping and diving in the aqua coloured sea. Loved trying the local food and wine and even bought some poatoes and eggs and other fresh produce from a neighbour- how nice to eat such fresh food. Our favourite restaurant was in Pula and had a secret garden to eat in- Valli Delicious- great local food and service. Usually we go to Italy for our summer holiday but we think this part of Croatia is more beautiful. Our son was in the south before he joined us in the north and he though the north is more beautiful - this part of Croatia has beautiful forests and meadows with wild flowers and aqua coloured rivers and lakes. Can highly recommend and did not want to come home!

A perfect family home.

The main bigger cities are easy to reach by car, but there is nothing (store, restaurant, pool, etc.) in the surrounding area that you could reach by walking. It makes the outside area very quiet though ;-)

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche als Familie in diesem schönen Haus. Das Haus entspricht voll und ganz den Bildern und war eines der schönsten Ferienhäuser, die wir bisher gebucht haben. Ein versprochenes Kinderbettchen war am Anreisetag nicht vorhanden, wurde aber von der Vermieterfamilie noch am selben Tag organisiert und gebracht - vielen Dank dafür! Auch von der Agentur wurden wir sehr gut betreut und diese waren jederzeit ansprechbar. Kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag: es gibt pro Gast nur ein kleines Handtuch und ein Gästehandtuch. Ein Duschhandtuch wäre wünschenswert oder ein Set zum wechseln.
