Ihr Aufenthalt in Villa Mar

Die Villa Mar liegt auf der Insel Korčula in einem typischen kleinen dalmatinischen Dorf namens Lumbarda. Die Villa bietet einen fantastischen Ausblick auf die Adria und die grüne Landschaft, die eine ware Oase für Entspannung und Erholung ist. Die Villa wurde, vor genau hundert Jahren, im traditionellen dalmatinischen Stil gebaut,

Die Villa befindet sich nur 200 Meter von den schönen Sandbuchten entfernt. Sie besteht aus fünf komplett eingerichteten Schlafzimmern mit Doppelbetten, zwei Badezimmern,  einer Küche, einem Esszimmer und einer großen Terrasse mit einem 32 m² großen Pool, einem Grill und verfügt über schöne Gartenmöbel. 
Die gesamte Villa und der Garten sind mit kostenfreiem WLAN abgedeckt. Wir bieten Ihnen auch ein Tischtennis Tisch, ein Tischfußball Tisch, Dart-Boards und vier Fahrräder- kostenlos an.

Villa Mar is a very comfortable, spacious villa, with great views across the fields to the sea. The pool is beautiful - a wonderful place to lie in the sun and read! Table tennis table is fun too! The villa is a great base to explore Korcula - convenient for shops and restaurants, and the lovely local beach (the best on the island!) is just a short walk, bike ride or drive. The owners couldn't have been more welcoming and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!

The villa was exceptional with fabulous facilities. Not only was the house spacious and clean with everything you needed for a pleasant stay, but the outside extra space was amazing. A glorious swimming pool, 2 sun terraces, bbq area, lawned area and balcony. You can walk to all the different beaches on Lumbarda from the house in about 10 mind, or borrow the bikes. Supermarket is 2 mins ride down the hill. We will definitely come back again.

The villa exceeded our expectations, as did the location.
We have waited three years for this holiday due to the pandemic and we were certainly not disappointed. The Villa is lovely, beautifully furnished and all of the rooms are very comfortable. The location is perfect because you can walk to at least three or four little beaches in coves within 15 minutes. You can also walk to a local supermarket within 10 minutes which is ideal. There are many restaurants around the beaches in coves, so plenty to choose from each day. We absolutely loved our stay and the Croatian people were so kind and welcoming. Our hosts were also very accommodating. We would definitely return to this villa.

Fantastic House
Great place to stay for 10 people. Beautiful house, thick stone walls, loads of space indoors and out. Pool was fabulous, bedrooms really nice, modern and clean. Good location, can walk or cycle to lots of beaches. Easy walk down to Lumbarda. Host really friendly, easy to contact. Croatia Luxury Rent helpful and responsive too. Couldn't fault the place. Nested between lots of bays, this villa is perfect for a bit of variety! The hosts are outstanding, very responsive and attentive. We arrived very late and our hosts had prepared a light meal and left some samples of their local tipple! Outstanding.

Luxury Villa With Sea View, 80 Meters From Sea, Swimming Pool, BBQ
The house and pool were absolutely gorgeous and the views are beautiful. Lovely family welcomed us and were so helpful. They also brought us a welcome gift of meat and cheese! Lumbarda is an excellent base and you can walk to beaches, bars and restaurants. Really was a perfect place.
