Villa Pequena Perla befindet sich einem magischen dalmatinischen Dorf namens Poljica. An diesem abgelegenen Ort ohne Nachbarn, abseits des Dorfes und der Menschen, finden Sie Ruhe und Privatsphäre. Dies ist ein Ort reich an bezaubernder Landschaft wo sich jeder Besucher asuruhen und enstspannen kann. Der Reichtum und Vielfalt der Landschaft bieten jedem Gast genau das, was man von einer unbeschwerten Urlaub mit der Familie oder einen romantischen Ausflug mit Ihrer liebsten Person erwartet. Die Villa befindet sich auf einem 15000m2 groβen Grundstück.

Hier befindet sich ein modernes beheiztes Schwimmbad (10x5) – perfekt für das Genieβen im Freien oder für unbeschwertes Baden mit der Familie – Privatsphäre garantiert. Eine rustikale Steinmauer, das unvermeidliche Merkmal des kroatischen Mittelmeers, erstreckt sich über den ganzen Grundstück. Die Villa Pequena Perla in Poljica ist durch eine Kombination des dalmatinischen rustikalen und modernen Design gekennzeichnet, das Ihnen den Atem rauben wird. Die Luxus-Villa bietet Unterkunft für 12 Gäste in komplett eingerichteten modernen Zimmern. Für Weinliebhaber, neben dem wunderschönen Weingarten, gibt es auch einen Weinkeller mit Weinen aus Dalmatien.

*Auf dem Grundstück befindet sich auch ein privater Garten mit organisch gewachsenen Gemüse – diese stehen zu Ihrer Verfügung. 

*Das Angebot der Villa inkludiert auch ein Motorboot, das 6,5 m lang ist und Platz für insgesamt 12 Personen bietet. Sie können das Boot mit einem Skipper für Tagesausflüge zu unseren atemberaubenden Inseln mieten. Der Preis wird vor Ort mit dem Eigentümer ausgehandelt.

Rustic, comfortable and quiet villa! We stayed at the Villa Pequena for the first time. While it was only one week, the experience was fantastic. From check-in to check-out, everything went perfectly. Living spaces inside and outside was clean and comfortable and the pool...FANTASTIC! All the family (6 adults and 3 children) enjoyed a lot!

What a fantastic villa. So much space and everything you could need. Neda and her husband are brilliant hosts and were on hand for anything we needed and even invited us for cake and coffee at their house. The villa is very well equipped and comes with a fully stocked outdoor kitchen, BBQ and pizza oven. WUNDERvoll
Es war eine unglaublich schöne Woche in der Villa! Wir waren zwei Familie und jeder hatte für sich in kürzester Zeit seinen Lieblingsplatz entdeckt. Das Anwesen ist sehr groß und die Gastgeber sind ein Traum - und Neda ist die beste Köchin :-) Alles in allem ein traumhafter Urlaub - man wünschte sich, die Villa wär nicht so weit von zuhause weg.

Wonderful villa
We had a fantastic week at Villa Pequena Perla. We went 3 families, 6 adults and 6 children aged 3-14 years. Everything we could wish for was there, big clean pool which we spent a lot of time in, a playground with climbing post, basketball basket and a badminton/volleyball court, bikes, fotballs etc. So much space and everything you may need and a bit more. The plot is large with 3 separate houses with bedrooms, shower and toilet in each house around the pool and the garden. We all got a place without problems and the kids had so much fun. We spent a lot of time at the villa, cooked food in the wonderful outdoor kitchen and ate dinner under the vines. In the outdoor kitchen there is also a pizza oven and plenty of seating. The kitchen inside is also great and plenty of space for socializing and eating. Neda and her husband are amazing hosts who live nearby. They were at hand for everything we needed, very friendly and generous and made us feel right at home. We also visited the nearby beaches about 10-15 minutes by car. It was amazingly clean and nice water and the beaches were clean too. We were also in Zadar which is a very cozy and nice city. Feels a bit like coming to Rome. We will be back for sure. Thanks again Neda with family.

Fantastic villa
What a fantastic villa. So much space and everything you could need. Neda and her husband are brilliant hosts and were on hand for anything we needed and even invited us for cake and coffee at their house. The villa is very well equipped and comes with a fully stocked outdoor kitchen, BBQ and pizza oven. There is so much outdoor space and the pool is a great size with plenty of space around it to soak up the sun. Our children loved the trampoline and volleyball court plus there were bikes for a ride to the village shop. The beaches at Nin and Zaton are great with sand and lovely shallow water. We may well be back next year. Thanks again Neda.

We spent most of the time we were at the villa outside, it has an outside kitchen as well as an inside one, a pizza oven which we used several times and plenty of sitting areas. Our hosts, who live close by, were very kind and generous and made us feel at home straight away. Everyone enjoyed their holiday very much, we are booking for the same week in 2018. We have stayed in a lot of villas all over the world and this is one of the very best. You will have a fantastic time.

Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, jederzeit erreichbar und unkompliziert. Das Haus ist sehr zu empfehlen, wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen!!!! Liebe Grüsse an Neda und Familie
