Wenn Sie einer der Glücklichen sein wollen, die Ihren Urlaub direkt am Meer verbringen, ist diese exklusive Villa die richtige Wahl für Sie. Villa Soleil verfügt über alle gewünschten Annehmlichkeiten und befindet sich in der schönen Stadt Vela Luka auf der süddalmatinischen Insel Korcula.

Die Villa Soleil besticht durch ihr markantes Design, das Ästhetik und Funktionalität miteinander verbindet und den Gästen ein modernes und luxuriöses Ambiente bietet. Die Kapazität der Villa beträgt 8 Personen, die bequem in 4 Schlafzimmern untergebracht werden können. Jedes Zimmer ist klimatisiert und mit einem komfortablen Doppelbett und einem eigenen Badezimmer ausgestattet. Der einzigartige offene Grundriss kombiniert eine voll ausgestattete Küche, ein Esszimmer und ein Wohnzimmer mit Sat-TV. Der Raum ist luftig und sonnenverwöhnt und ist so gebaut, dass Sie den Meerblick genießen können. Sie können auch auf der Terrasse entspannen, wo Sie mit Freunden und Familie speisen können. Die Villa ist nicht für Kinder unter 12 Jahren geeignet.

Es gibt auch einen Garten auf teilweise eingezäunten Grundstück von 1000m2. Der runde Pool mit 6 m Durchmesser und einer Tiefe von 1,6 m ist von Gartenmöbeln und Sonnenliegen umgeben. Perfekt für kalte Getränke beim Sonnenuntergang. Zu Ihrer Verfügung haben Sie auch 3 Parkplätze und einen Grill, wo Sie köstliche Mahlzeiten zubereiten können.

Sie können Vela Luka mit dem Katamaran oder der Fähre von Split aus leicht erreichen, und es ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt, wenn Sie diesen Teil des Mittelmeers erkunden möchten. Diese charmante Stadt liegt in einer Bucht im westlichen Teil der Insel Korcula und ist eine unvergessliche Mischung aus reicher Geschichte, Kultur, schöner Natur und kristallklarem Meer.

As soon as I walked in through the front door of the villa, my heart fell in love with Hrvatska and what it had to offer. It was my first time in Croatia and will not be my last. This villa is absolutely perfect for sea side getaway, the people in the surrounding area are so friendly and the food is out of this world. The owners of the villa were so helpful in planning my itinerary and were always available when I needed them. Thank you Villa Soleil, I will be back soon!

Last year I had the pleasure of staying at the Villa Soleil in Vela Luka. The accommodation was unbelievable - it was extremely well furnished and the bedrooms were huge. The view we had from the Villa was magnificent and truly breathtaking! It was the most beautiful and luxurious stay I have ever had. I would highly recommend Villa Soleil to anyone!! Stunning villa on wonderful island
Everything about this place is absolutely beautiful: the villa, the location, the ocean, the pool, the rooms. The villa is perfectly made, equipped and decorated, the rooms offer space and comfort, the pool is very relaxing and actually bigger than it appears on the pictures. The location is also great, really good restaurants close by. Many boats anchor in the bay in front of the villa, it is a very sought after spot! We truly enjoyed our time there.

Wow - What a wonderful week in Croatia
At relatively short notice, my partner and I decided that we needed to escape the UK and the wettest June we can remember and head for some sun. We’re not package-tour tourists and when travelling, it’s really important that the accommodation is spot-on and we have used sites like Unique Homestays in the UK in order to find something with wow factor. Croatia Luxury Rent looked like the UK equivalent and it was there that we found Villa Soleil. Villa Soleil was fantastic and really did contribute to what was a great week of relaxation. The location is absolutely stunning, watching the yachts arrive in the early evening to enjoy the shelter of the bay was a really nice way to wind down. Being able to stroll down the jetty and take a swim in the sea was just amazing. The villa is really well equipped and ticked all the boxes for functionality and definitely had the wow factor we were looking for. The welcome we received was really nice, and the two ladies, Melita and (sorry I can’t recall the second lady’s name) gave us a comprehensive walk through of the villa. They also left us a nice selection of nibbles and wine which was a really nice touch. From there, we were left to treat the place as our own. We had a wonderful week in Croatia and would not hesitate to recommend Vela Luka and Villa Soleil. The world is a big place but, I can definitely see myself back to Croatia and when I do, this is the place where I will come and stay. Thanks Davor and Rene for making our stay so comfortable and massive thanks to the ladies that service the villa for making sure the cash that we accidentally forgot to pick up (yikes) found its way back to us.

What a beautiful and peaceful family escape Villa Soleil afforded my family and I. Located directly on the water's edge, this modern yet homely villa encourages long afternoons spent between both the sea and swimming pool. Villa Soleil is out of the hustle and bustle of other larger Dalmatian island towns but still close enough to a selection of shops, restaurants, cafes and outdoor activities in Vela Luka, making it a great 'getaway' spot for a family seeking some down time or a group of friends wanting to enjoy all that a Croatian summer has to offer. A short walk along the shore or pathway takes you too a quaint Croatian tavern, an old and very romantic traditional chapel on a hill and a little further on, a breathtaking view point of Vela Luka to your left and Gradina Bay to your right - The villa could not be more perfectly located. One may be fooled by travel guides and blogs to think that Vela Luka and Gradina Bay have little to offer - This could not be further from the truth. Beautiful beaches, hikes, jet-skis, archeological caves and Stand Up Board hire are only a few activities facilitated by the seemingly little town, providing entertainment for all ages. The Villa itself, is impeccably furnished - one can see an architect's design eye applied. Long meals were shared on the covered patio overlooking the bay, whilst afternoon naps were made comfortable in well sized air-conditioned bedrooms. This Villa felt more like a home by the time our visit was over and we will most definitely be visiting again.
