Kids appreciated mini playgroud and the fact, that the pool was heated was a big plus. The whole facility is very well equipped. Shops and beach are in walking distance even with small kids. We would recommend booking this villa for everyone.

Wir, zwei Familien mit kleinen Kindern, haben unseren zwei wöchigen Urlaub in der Villa Adelinda absolut genossen. Das Ferienhaus und das Grundstück sind sauber, modern ausgestattet und bieten eine tolle Privatsphäre. Es gab mehr als genügend Handtücher, die einmal pro Woche gewechselt wurden (wer lieber öfter frische Handtücher möchte, kann diese aber auch einfach selbst in der vorhandenen Waschmaschine mit Trocknerfunktion waschen). Auch die Betten wurden wöchentlich frisch bezogen. Insgesamt ein toller Service für ein Ferienhaus. In der Villa haben wir uns hauptsächlich im Poolhaus aufgehalten - dank voll ausgestatteter Küche & Grill gab es bei uns eigentlich jede Mahlzeit da draußen. Gerade abends ist es im September schon etwas kühler, hier konnten wir entspannt im Poolhaus sitzen ohne zu frieren. Auch der Pool war durchgehend auf eine sehr angenehme Temperatur geheizt. Der Ort Maslenica ist ein ruhiges Dorf mit ein paar netten Restaurants/Bars direkt am Meer. Super Ausgangsort auch für Ausflüge in die Region: Die Städte & Strände rund um Zadar und Nin erreicht man in ca. 30-40 min. Split oder der Nationalpark Krka sind nur 1h - 1,5h Autofahrt entfernt. Aber auch in wenigen Fahrminuten erreicht man schöne Strände in der Gegend. Nicht zuletzt sind wir von dem Engagement des Gastgeberpaares überaus begeistert: Es gab einen "Willkommens-Snack" & zahlreiche Ausflugstips. Darüber hinaus wurden alle Wünsche, die wir vorab geäußert hatten (u.a. zwei Kinderstühle und ein Beistellbett) zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit erfüllt (was ja leider nicht immer Standard ist). Allgemein war die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber Ivan als auch mit Croatia Luxury Rent absolut vorbildlich, weshalb wir die Villa als wirklich sehr empfehlenswert bewerten.

3 Wochen pure Erholung
Der Ort Maslenica liegt sehr schön am Meer und nahe den Bergen, mit der spektakulären Brücke inklusive Bungee Jumping. Die Villa war unsere zweite Station in Kroatien. Wir konnten schon vorzeitig am Samstagmittag unser Gepäck in das Poolhaus stellen, was vor allem bei den heißen Temperaturen sehr wertvoll war. Der Empfang vom Vermieterehepaar war sehr herzlich und sie waren auch für den ganzen Aufenthalt immer für uns gut erreichbar. Das Poolhaus war unser Hauptaufenthaltsort und die Abende am Grill waren unvergesslich. Der Pool wurde zweimal pro Woche gereinigt und die Bettwäsche/Handtücher wöchentlich gewechselt. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und unser Golden Retriever war auch willkommen. Wir können das Haus wärmstens weiter empfehlen. Ein schöner Zusatzpunkt waren die Stand-up-Paddles, welche wir direkt am Meer, nahe der Beach Bar ausprobiert haben. Ein kleiner Tipp für einen abendlichen Ausflug (30min zu Fuß nördlich vom Haus) ist das Restaurant Morlacco, eine alte Bauxitmine, welche sich gerade zu einem Ausflugsziel entwickelt und super Essen und Wein anbietet.

We had a fantastic stay in Villa Adelinda! The house is beautiful, really new and luxuriously equipped. However, we only spent time in it for sleeping (which is actually a shame because it´s so nice!). But, there is this AMAZING pool house with an outdoor grill and a fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher and a side-by-side refrigerator) which you can either leave open or separate with glass doors in case of bad weather - perfect for spending 24/7 outside! In addition, Ivan and his family are just the nicest people ever, whenever we had a question we got a response within minutes. All in all, we had the perfect holiday and would love to come back!

Das Grundstück, welches komplett umzäuntes ist und daher keine Einsicht ermöglicht , bietet eine tolle Privatsphäre. Besonders schön ist das komplett ausgestattete Poolhaus , Grill und Küche haben wir vorwiegend dort genutzt. Der Pool ist sehr gepflegt und wurde regelmäßig kontrolliert und gereinigt. Auch die Betten im Haus wurden innerhalb der zwei Wochen einmal komplett erneuert. Insgesamt hatten wir einen traumhaften Urlaub in Maslenica. Wir würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen und bedanken uns für all den Service und die Gastfreundschaft von Ivan und seiner Frau !

Amazing Villa for relaxing
The house is really fantastic! We stayed at the villa for one week - 4 persons and a dog in June 2022. The villa is set in a quiet surrounding at the back of a dead-end street with no passer-byes, is completely fenced and thus perfect with a dog or when you want to relax (also 2 large parking spaces are inside the gated area). The house is completely new and beautifully designed, it looked even better in real life than on the already beautiful pictures on this page. the absolute highlight is the pool house, which contains a full kitchen with side-by-side fridge (incl ice machine) as well as a BBQ grill (wood) and two very large wood tables. you can slide to doors all the way open and create a wonderful atmosphere. We loved this outdoor pool house so much we actually never even used the inside kitchen or living room in the main house. House is fully equipped, in addition to the expected towels etc also cleaning utilities also washing detergents, salt/pepper/oil/vinegar/sugar/coffee, firewood was there - everything was provided! The pool is very large, i would say at least 4x8m and is kept very clean by the house owner Ivan, who told us in fall the pool is heated to 28C so for sure also great in fall. Ivan took very good care of us and was always available when we had questions or needed a recommendation. Ivan even prepared cold-cut plates for us upon arrival which were delicious. The house comes with 4 SUPs which you can either carry down to the beach (5min walk) or just toss them in the car as we did. Dog beach also 5min walk, which was perfect for us. We had an amazing time and would very much recommend this house! To sum it up: Luxury housing, well equipped kitchen and facilities and a real care taking house owner.

Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Ivan und seiner Frau begrüßt. Bei unserer Anreise wurden wir mit dalmatinischen Köstlichkeiten und gekühlten Getränken im Kühlschrank überrascht. Das war eine sehr liebevolle Geste. Vielen lieben Dank nochmal! Die Villa ist neu und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Poolhaus ist definitiv das Highlight. Der Pool wurde 2mal die Woche geprüft und samstags gereinigt. Die Bettwäsche und die Handtücher wurden ebenso samstags gewechselt. Der Vermieter war jederzeit für Rückfragen erreichbar. Es war ein sehr angenehmer und erholsamer Aufenthalt und wir haben es sehr genossen. Wir werden nächstes Jahr wieder dort buchen.

Das Haus ist ein Traum. Wir wurde herzlich von Ivan und seiner Frau empfangen. Das Grundstück ist nicht einsehbar. Das Highligt ist das Poolhaus in dem sich eine komplette Küche samt Geschirrspüler befindet. Wir haben die 2 Wochen ausschließlich dort gekocht und gegessen. Die Schiebetüren sind genial, wenn es doch ein wenig kalt ist, kann man einfach einen Teil schließen. Der Pool wurde sogar zweimal die Woche gecheckt, bzw. Samstags gereinigt. Das Haus selber ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Sofa ist sehr bequem falls man sich doch mal drinnen aufhalten sollte. Einzig das Bad im OG ist ein wenig klein. Aber es sind ja noch das Bad im Elternschlafzimmer und im Poolhaus da. Also für uns kein Problem. Nicht zu vergessen die Nähe zum Meer, in acht Minuten zu Fuß am Wasser, was will man mehr. Besonders nett war der Kontakt zum Vermieter, der uns mit Wein und Köstlichkeiten verwöhnt hat. Er war auch jederzeit für uns erreichbar. Also in Summe ein gelungener Urlaub in einem tollen Haus mit einem netten Vermieter.

Das Haus ist wunderschön eingerichtet, das Grundstück sehr gepflegt und der Pool sowie das dazugehörige Poolhaus waren der Hammer. Der Eigentümer war sehr nett und jederzeit für Rückfragen erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt und werden auf jeden Fall nochmal kommen. This house with its facilities and equipment is a real speciality. The house and its environment was prepared with the owner's huge love and care. We could spend our holiday in the biggest comfort in this paradisiac place. Beyond that all parts of the house are luxury, our favorite were the heated pool and the summer kitchen. The owners are the dearest and most regardful hosts that we have ever met, especially paying attention to leave us in our own privacy. We recommend this house who like the elegance, style, comfort and nice hosts.
